The service here was amazing! Pistachio ice cream is my favourite! I’ve had the raspberry cheese cake and snickerdoodle here before! They were all great as well!

Staff was great, but the ice cream melted as soon as I got it, the cone tasted stale, the ice cream was leaking out the bottom. The ice cream itself was good. Terrible cones

Pretty disappointed, staff were rude. Ordered 1 sample and they went and hid in the back while I waited 10+ mins to order, unhelpful and they both seemed like it was their first day working there. Asked for a cone and they put it in a cup 0/10 Would not recommend

Visited there recently. As we entered there were 2 female employees. One of them had her hand or finger to her lips. I silently prayed that either she washed her hands or did not serve us. Their customer service was terrible. They looked miserable and broody. I asked to taste 2 flavours and my guest tasted 1 flavour which seemed to bother them. They did not even put 1/8 teaspoon for a taste. Some of the ice creams looked quite old. The waffles cones tasted old and stale. It was our first and last time here

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Jiya and Sagar for a custom cake order, and they completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, patient, and genuinely excited to help bring my vision to life.

The cake turned out perfect better than I imagined. Not only did it look amazing, but the attention to detail, the flavor, and the care they put into it made the whole experience unforgettable.

The worst outlet. Owner is super rude. Pathetic service and knows nothing about customer service. Served banana boat without pineapple, cherry and any toppings. There are other locations i have been to, which are way better than this one.

Went yesterday evening for a sweet treat and it was very busy! (Not surprised it was very hot, but wow, out the door!) So I was curious to try it out; and I didn’t regret it at all! Firstly there a lot options to choose from, not only in flavours but the mix-ins as well, I ended up getting espresso ice cream with almonds and shredded coconut and it was delicious! It was a bit pricey to be honest but this brings me to the second point, which is the service, which made it all worth it! I had Savannah help me out because I was new to Marble Slab and she was incredibly nice; super bubbly and outgoing, and really helped me navigate and recommend what I should get, based on my likings! 😁 Would definitely go there again when I’m back in the area and craving something sweet and looking for good service!

Visited evening Nov 26. I asked about their allergen info, but the lady blankly stared at me and then says some items contain egg but couldn't confirm which. I asked for the allergen info cards/menu and she said they didn't have one. I then noticed right behind her that the allergen info cards were there. I asked to see them, but she instead began to read it and said everything contained egg. I asked again for me to see it, and she finally handed it over. I pointed out it is milk that is in everything and then confirmed the flavour I could get was eggless. I then tried to get allergen info for the cones but gave up and got the ice cream in a cup.

1. She was super disinterested in helping me, and 2. Employees need to be trained on allergen info: where the cards are and how to read/understand them, and not to provide wrong info (she tried to tell me the undipped cones were probabably eggless)

How is there only 1 worker on a Saturday night? The owner of this location really needs to put a second worker. I had a heart to heart with the worker that was working and she said she’s being over worked and gets no break at all between the hours of 6 and 11. She also said she isn’t allowed to drink water in between customer!?!? That is nonsense
