Visited evening Nov 26. I asked about their allergen info, but the lady blankly stared at me and then says some items contain egg but couldn't confirm which. I asked for the allergen info cards/menu and she said they didn't have one. I then noticed right behind her that the allergen info cards were there. I asked to see them, but she instead began to read it and said everything contained egg. I asked again for me to see it, and she finally handed it over. I pointed out it is milk that is in everything and then confirmed the flavour I could get was eggless. I then tried to get allergen info for the cones but gave up and got the ice cream in a cup.

1. She was super disinterested in helping me, and 2. Employees need to be trained on allergen info: where the cards are and how to read/understand them, and not to provide wrong info (she tried to tell me the undipped cones were probabably eggless)

How is there only 1 worker on a Saturday night? The owner of this location really needs to put a second worker. I had a heart to heart with the worker that was working and she said she’s being over worked and gets no break at all between the hours of 6 and 11. She also said she isn’t allowed to drink water in between customer!?!? That is nonsense

My Mother took my kids there with three gift cards we had received from a loot bag. The service was slow as the girl serving went back and forth 3 times taking scoops off the ice cream to get it to the appropriate weight. She told my Mom that the gift cards were point cards and wouldn’t take them. They were in fact gift cards and said so right on the back. When my Mom paid cash she couldn’t figure out the change so my Mom told her the amount. Then she had to intercept her hand as she was putting my Moms change in her tip jar! When I wrote to the company about this they just said ‘sorry’ and said if there’s anything they can do let them know. I said yes, they could credit the money my Mom had to spend because the wouldn’t take the gift cards. They said they would mail coupons. After a month I hadn’t received them so I followed up. No reply. I reached out again and finally through their social and zero response.

Priti was nice. Good customer service. The ice cream was great. Came for the free birthday cone.

Great variety of fresh ice cream and choices, staff was really polite and helped in making my selections.

The worst Ice cream ever... Kids size cost 5.65$ and this is how it looks, doesn't even taste how it is supposed to. Raspberry and Lemon... Not recommending this location nor their ice cream.

We came at 8:45pm and the person mopping told us you closed earlier today and would not allow us into the store. My friends left reviews and recieved responses saying the store is indeed open until 10pm
... This is a complete lie. This is now how you do business, lying and not taking accountability.

I found ordering on line was difficult and when I called I received some mis-information. However, the Manager/Owner called me back and fixed my order for me. She was very gracious and helpful and was efficient. She fixed it all up for me and I am so thankful and my cake was made to perfection. I cannot recommend this location enough for ice cream.

Unbelievable behavior following last nights incident. After being denied service WELL before closing hours because they were "closing early that day" without proper warrant ( Over an hour and 10 minutes before closing) the worker continued to mop and clean while the open sign was still lit and google said store was open.

Customers have the right to express their frustrations but when doing so is met with unprofessional comments and accusations of lying. This is no way to do business and clearly an attempt to cover up any bad publicity. Take accountability for you actions and do so in a public manner instead of trying to single people out and have them contact and "ask for the manager". Admit your faults and do better
