I just want to take a moment to appreciate all the staff members who were working today. They handled everything so calmly and professionally despite the rush. There was a huge lineup for the $1.93 sandwiches, and even though we waited about 40 minutes for our order, it was totally worth it!

I genuinely felt bad for the employees at the cash—some customers were being impatient and raising their voices, but the team stayed composed and respectful throughout. Honestly, such a great deal was bound to attract a big crowd, so the wait was understandable.

Amazing job, Mary Brown’s team! 👏 Your service and attitude made all the difference. I’ll definitely be coming back regularly because of the wonderful experience. Love you guys! ❤️

Won't pick up phone.
Ran out of Big Mary on the promo day of $1.93. drove all the way to the store and they won't even offer something else from the menu for them being out of stock. That's not a sign of good management and customer service.

I went yesterday for the Monday special deal around 7:30 pm!! The store was extremely busy ! Still the cashier was amazing she is helping everyone with smile. But i would like to say that please have one more cashier at the front to avoid rush .

I have tried a lot of mary brown’s locations and this one is my favourite. I always get treated really nicely here. Staff is super friendly specially Nitika and always makes sure I have everything before I leave. I love their chicken, its a must try here if you come here for the first time. If you want amazing service and food worth your money this is your place.

I’ve ordered from here many times since opening, both in person and through food delivery apps.

I’m not sure what has been happening but within the last 6 months the quality of the chicken has gotten extremely bad. To the point that every piece tastes as if the chicken is either old / been sitting out at room temperature or is just genuinely rancid. This is happened to me with the burgers as well.

Maybe it’s just the chicken they’re using for food delivery but please be wary. I bought 6 pieces of chicken recently and one of them tasted rotten and I got sick for hours.

To the restaurant, please check your supplier and how the chicken is being handled / stored.

The big Mary burger is not so big at this location. They're using small sized chicken in the burger which is smaller than the bun. I've been to other locations and know how a big Mary Burger should look like.
