So I ordered a 3 piece chicken with taters and Poppin chicken with fries. I did not order on the phone, I went in to place my order. I stressed to her I wanted taters with my meal. I asked her if she understood she said yes. Here I am back in the car so excited to eat. I left the location half way home I decided I wanted a tater.. I'm looking and looking there are no taters there are only fries I was so mad. I was so livid that I called her when I got home. I'm like I asked you how many times to repeat my order for the taters and you give me fries. She didn't even seem fazed. I will never go back, what's the point of telling someone what you would like and they give you what they want. No thanks I'll stay with my MBC in Toronto. They like family to me. Ps you definitely need more customer service skills too..

Mary Monday’s are always my go to whenever I pass by a Mary Browns location. This location had great staff and the sandwich I got was amazing. It is an odd location being beside a gas station, but trust me, it’s a great experience.
