Matari is a halal Yemeni restaurant, that I'd recommend all to try!
? ? Bunch of free parking spots within the parking lot if you go there during the day. During the evenings and nights, it gets pretty busy.
?☕️ This place specializes in Yemeni cuisine. We've been here multiple times and always order the Yemeni Latte and Honeycomb dessert!
We've tried other desserts here like the pistachio raspberry cake, black forest cake, and chocolate cake.
Note: though the quality is amazing it is on the very pricey end.
? The hours are 8 am - 12 am which is pretty cool if you're coming out here for the nightlife or have a late-night craving. It's usually less busy during the day too.
?✨️ The aesthetics of this place is so cute, they have comfy seatings, and everything is "picture perfect".
? Customer service is good. We've dined in and even taken it to go. If you do decide to dine in, it can get pretty noisy as it's a pretty busy and well-known cafe.

I had a disappointing experience at Matari Cafe due to clear discrimination. The staff showed favoritism based on appearance and ethnicity, making the atmosphere uncomfortable. I won't be returning and can't recommend a place that treats customers unfairly.
Authentic Yemeni coffee. Try the one with Ginger. One of a kind

Love the drinks here, the caramel macchiato is my favourite item! The hospitality is really what makes the space, J.K at the cash register always welcomes customers with a warm smile! If you are looking for an excellent space for late night coffee runs, this is your spot!

I've been to this place several times and the tea is always on point. I highly recommend the Adeni for those who like Karak chai minus the thickness of the milk. Our family always get the hot chocolate, Adeni, the chocolate mousse, honeycomb and the pistachio croissant. They have a variety of coffees and iced drinks to choose from.

Wrote a long review here but you deleted it unfortunately
Parking: Plenty of space, but this is a very popular plaza. People from Scarborough and other places in the GTA know about this place. Which I find to be very odd. Mississauga is Suburban and this place is kinda like the suburb of Mississauga.
Wheelchair accessibility: The place doesn’t seem to be wheelchair accessible.

I tried Matari Coffee at the Middle Eastern Students’ Association’s event at the University of Toronto Scarborough campus. I had the tea and coffee. It was an absolute 10/10. Would definitely recommend it!!
I had the honor of working with the manager of Matari Yemeni Café for an event, where we ordered catering boxes of their Adeni tea and Mofawar coffee. Not only did all my guests absolutely love the drinks, but I also had the pleasure of working with the most generous and accommodating team at Matari. When I went to pick up the drinks, they were incredibly kind and helpful. Overall, Matari offers a beautiful layout, delicious refreshments, and wonderful people to work with. I can’t wait to collaborate with them again in the future!

Went there in the noon today and i can highly say such a great ambiance and staff. The girl on the cash was so nice and helping! She was alone in the cafe for so long and handled everything smoothly. Even being busy with making drinks she explained the whole menu and recommended iced yemeni latte. LOVED IT. Despite being less options for savoury the thamool was perfect combination of hot and crunchy. Would definitely visit again.

The food was not food, and it was burnt. The drinks were also overwhelming and too sweet. The service was okay. It felt like the person was not having a good day. I feel that for the price point value, it's not worth it to go. There are better options than this.
