I had a bad experience at this McDonald’s today. The customer service was not good. The manager was very rude and had a very bad tone with me. She needs to lower her voice. I will not be coming back.

Won’t do re-fills is crazy work, McDonalds get your store together

If you want to be scammed go here. I am such a calm person but they managed to get the worst out of me. I went I'm with a mobile order. Upon arrival I was told there are no cookies. I paid my money $2.38 on 2 cookies. She said we don't have them and I said ok give me a refund. She knowingly gives me $1 back. I politely said it was $2.38 and she started yelling like i don't deserve my money I work hard to make. Why would it be acceptable to pay and not get my item or a full refund. This is sick. Her tone, her frustration everything was just unacceptable. In this economy why would I leave my hard worked money.

I ordered sausage and egg muffin and not the new CHARCOAL Sausage and egg muffin 🤦‍♂️

Absolutely disgusting, it’s a hot day and I really needed water, thought lucky the McDonalds wasn’t that far, to be told by the employee when I asked for a small water that I should find a fountain

This location is very busy. Wonderful people like Karen (one of the managers), make this place enjoyable.

I got a double hamburger. I ate the burger and halfway through it, i find a long strand of hair. I go there show the manager the problem. She just took the burger threw it, gave me a new one and didn't even say sorry. Its like this incident is common here. Yes, she gave me a new burger but acting like nothing happened is not a good attitude for a manager. The food is unhygienic and i wouldn't come to this place nor would i recommend it to anyone.

1. The area is dirty
2. Some counter staff are rude/impolite, especially the white girl who works on Sunday.(I forgot her name)
3. the worst McDonald’s in Mississauga, but it is in the very good location.
4. I ordered no salt French fries, but they gave me salted French fries.

I have no issues at this McDonald's however today security comes up to us saying our starbucks drink wasn't allowed at McDonald's. He didn't even let us sit down.
We explain we would order after such poor behavior I refuse to eat here again. Nice job of kicking people of color from this location.

I wonder what the hiring manager was thinking hiring a girl named “ravneet”. Zero customer service skills here and is extremely rude. Clearly she can not handle the pressure of a high paced restaurant environment. I will not be returning to this location again.

Worst service and food. We ordered coffee and they served it cold which tasted stale. we had to throw it and go to Tim Hortons. French fries also tasted bad. Staff is also not too good. Not coming here ever again.

Absolutely terrible, was more like a sloppy Joe with a large spoon of mayo mixed with the salad. Burger patties was so thin could scrap of the mayo. Never buying there again

Employees are very rude. As an employee i show my id they are just giving excuses. this is really hilarious

I was came here yesterday and waiting of my friends for order together. There are lots of seat available to seat but two security guards said to me “manager said: you can’t seat here” , “ do order or go from here” I explained to them I am waiting of my friends but they just repeat 2-3 times in 5-10 minutes. They said this is policy!! Then I ordered right there.

I also working in food industry. We respect our customers. Feel free to order.!!!
