McDonald's

1. The area is dirty
2. Some counter staff are rude/impolite, especially the white girl who works on Sunday.(I forgot her name)
3. the worst McDonald’s in Mississauga, but it is in the very good location.
4. I ordered no salt French fries, but they gave me salted French fries.

I have no issues at this McDonald's however today security comes up to us saying our starbucks drink wasn't allowed at McDonald's. He didn't even let us sit down.
We explain we would order after such poor behavior I refuse to eat here again. Nice job of kicking people of color from this location.

I wonder what the hiring manager was thinking hiring a girl named “ravneet”. Zero customer service skills here and is extremely rude. Clearly she can not handle the pressure of a high paced restaurant environment. I will not be returning to this location again.

Worst service and food. We ordered coffee and they served it cold which tasted stale. we had to throw it and go to Tim Hortons. French fries also tasted bad. Staff is also not too good. Not coming here ever again.

Absolutely terrible, was more like a sloppy Joe with a large spoon of mayo mixed with the salad. Burger patties was so thin could scrap of the mayo. Never buying there again

Employees are very rude. As an employee i show my id they are just giving excuses. this is really hilarious

I was came here yesterday and waiting of my friends for order together. There are lots of seat available to seat but two security guards said to me “manager said: you can’t seat here” , “ do order or go from here” I explained to them I am waiting of my friends but they just repeat 2-3 times in 5-10 minutes. They said this is policy!! Then I ordered right there.

I also working in food industry. We respect our customers. Feel free to order.!!!

I ordered the happy meal wt toys crocs she say only for breakfast but the others macdo store the service crew at night have happy meal to served anytime not only for breakfast but at sq1 at walmart not service for breakfast anytime only for breakfast morning only ..why ..

Extremely rude customer service here, if your not there to serve the customers then please just quit. You can make more money elsewhere, don't work customer service if your just going to be condescending to the customers. Please quit and go on tiktok or onlyfans, you probably will make more money there for your acting. Extremely condescending, disrespectful and disgusting ??

The service was horrendous. This happened at around 5:00 pm I was eating with my gf tdy and they forgot our 6pc chicken nuggets, we tried to understand since it was a very busy period. However, when we told the people who were calling out orders at the time about this issue they were agitated and looked very irritated. When we told them they were missing an order, they came to our table and looked for the missing order!( assuming we “hid” it) In the end we get the nuggets but when giving it the worker tossed it on our table which was really disrespectful(we also did NOT get an apology when we were being so nice and patient with them). I was trying to have a nice date with my gf until they ruined it… please Learn to be polite. Service is a ZERO.

The service this day was horrible. They were messing up orders AND missing orders. I ordered a happy meal with a wrap and gave me the wrong order, and didn’t give my 6pc chicken nuggets. Eventually we did get it, but they seemed very agitated when fixing the problem. Me and my bf were being as kinda as possible but they seemed so mad about their own mistake! As much as I do understand that it was a busy time, I wish they could’ve at least apologize for the inconvenience.. what a great place to celebrate my birthday.. not.

The cashier (Afrin) at McDonald (Walmart) was unprofessional and rude during my visit. She seemed irritated when I asked a question about the vegetarian options and were dismissive throughout the interaction. It made the entire experience unpleasant.
