Absolutely terrible service and staff. My order was marked as picked up AFTER they already locked the doors to get in. The staff inside couldn’t care less and there is absolutely no app support.

I usually avoid writing negative reviews, but after much thought, I felt it was important to share my experience.
I had one of my worst experiences at this McDonald’s when I stopped by to get some water. I was fasting on Saturday and on my way to the temple, so I went in to request water. The lady at the counter immediately gave me a bill with an order number, and shortly afterward, another staff member took over the counter.
I waited for about 10 minutes before asking about my order, and the response I got was, “water is getting ready :)”. I continued to wait another 10 minutes, but when I noticed that customers who came in after me were getting served while I was completely ignored, I realized I was not going to be helped. At that point, I placed my order slip on the counter and left. Thankfully, the weather wasn’t hot that day, or the situation could have been worse.
My next stop was Starbucks, where I was given water immediately with no fuss. The difference in customer service was very clear.
I sincerely request that this McDonald’s location provide better training for its staff on customer service. Having lived in the US for six years, I have seen McDonald’s maintain consistently excellent service standards, which makes the difference I see here in Ontario quite concerning.
I didn’t want to write a review earlier, hoping these issues were just one-off mistakes, but this incident compelled me to share—it’s not something I would want any other customer to go through.

I did a mobile order and good thing I noticed as I placed my order in the car that they did not give the soft ice cream on cone and have to go back to pick it up. At home I found out that they also did not put a toy on the Happy Meal. My grand child got disappointed. I will not place any order again to this location.
Worst place ever seen in my uber eats delivery history . Waited almost 30 minutes for a small uber order . A girl came aftet 20 minutes and told lemme check and again 10-15 minutes put me on hold . Worst worker.

I miss the old layout, it was far superior; homey, comfy and private. The new environment is so corporate and it’s not as comfortable. Staff and food are always excellent

Extremely rude service at 12:25 AM on August 4. White Female manager (Unfortunately wasn't able to get her name) refused to help with a simple app issue, dismissed my request, and said, “Figure out your thing.I Have other job to do.” Unprofessional and disrespectful behavior—completely unacceptable from management. Totally expected from Tim Hortins but not from Mcdonalds.
