This place is so nice, we loved it, me and my little brother went together to get food and it was amazing, the service ohmydays, it was so good, there was a very nice lady who was so nice to us. We loved it!💕 My little brother said he loved the food and service a lot. He said that the lady should get a raise, wish we knew the name. It was such a vibe even tho it was a McDonalds, we loved it so much.

Fries were hot and crispy as they should be. I used points tho, since $4.59 for medium fries is egregious. 😳

Their service has gotten extremely worse than before. We ordered two fleo fish combos, both of the sandwichs had uncooked fish and it was also really hard. Place was better before renovation. Unecpteble.

Typical McDonald's. My family and I went through the drive-thru, and no one greeted us with a smile or even said, "Have a nice day." They also just renovated, but didn't change the most ridiculous drive-thru. The drive-thru starts as soon as you turn in to the Plaza, so when it's busy, there are lineups onto the street as well as lineups in the Plaza. All they had to do was reverse the drive-thru so you can exit easily right at the current entrance. I recommend the McDonald's at Wolfdale and Burnamthorpe.
Vegetarian options: Super surprised that McDonald's doesn't offer a beyond meat burger.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER . I had a take out (in store pick up ) order I was waiting for 10 minutes and the store priority was only drive thru . And also no one was answering me and when I received my order they forgot to give my burger . I wouldn’t recommend this store .
