This guy was telling me u have to leave because my son was playing around

On January 7, 2026 at 10:50pm, the drive thru window girl was VERY UNPLEASANT. Never smiled and showed frustration because l messed up my order as l accidently ordered just the burgers instead of the meal...sorry my bad. She was annoyed and made me feel annoyed. She didn't even say thank you and just slid the drive thru door window shut. No hospitality training? She's in the wrong business.
On June 6, 2024 at around 5:20pm l went to the drive thru. I ordered the new parmesan quarter pounder and asked about the McShaker fries. I asked what the flavors there were and he said churros and masala. I asked him to describe how they tasted because obviously l had no idea. The guy taking my order was showing agitation over my question...rude. Then l went to the pick up window and the girls there mocking me saying how could l not know what masala is. I could hear them thru the window as it was partly opened. Them having a chuckle and mocking me for not knowing what masala tasted like was inappropriate. The immature arrogant look on their faces was quite despicable. And my burger was flat like somebody sat on it, and hardly had any of the crispy onions that l wanted to try...just flakes.

I usually come to this location however seems as the service quality and customer service has been poor lately. On a previous order I had asked for my receipt, which I was told check the bag and was placed at the bottom of my bag under my food..technically receipt should be given to the customer when hey are paying and not given attitude as well. Today, I had requested for additional sauce at the window on my burger and was told the food was already made...when or why do you think it right to tell customers that we already made it too late ..we should be able to add on or you go make it again since you have no problem taking my money and at time serving people stall fries or incorrect drink. Manager need to understand the business process and retrain the mannerisms your worker project onto clients. My burger was drenched in sauce ...ref 0019602430. This is not acceptable.

These people need 15 minutes to make a cup of coffee. I paid for my order and was going to miss my bus. Had to ditch my order. Slowest staff on a Saturday evening. Worst McDonald’s ever. What a joke of a staff.

Despite the renovations, they managed to spend 10 minutes to give me an egg blt with no egg. Outrageous!!

Ordered from the kiosk 2 times in 1 visit and both machines failed to produce a receipt. I ordered a lunch meal for me and one to go. Spent over $70 and when I was awaiting for my takeout order I asked for a refill to me met with “we don’t do refills”. I just spent $70 and I can’t get one drink refill? Needless to say I will not be returning to this location.

I'm writing this review in hopes it reaches someone who cares about quality and customer service. Last night, I had an incredibly disappointing experience with my McDonald's order. After a long day, all I wanted was my usual chicken burger. However, when I got home, I discovered I had been given a beef burger instead—something I absolutely cannot eat.
I immediately tried to contact the store to rectify this mistake. What followed was a frustrating and frankly unacceptable ordeal. I called multiple times, but my calls went unanswered for hours. It was only after relentless attempts that I finally got through to someone.
When I did, the employee I spoke with, Sumohit, was extremely unhelpful. There was no apology for the error or for the complete lack of communication. I was met with indifference and a total unwillingness to resolve the issue.
This isn't just about a wrong order; it's about a complete breakdown in service. When a customer receives an order they can't eat and then has their concerns dismissed, it's a huge letdown. I've been a loyal customer for years, but this experience has me seriously reconsidering ever coming back.

Decent average McDonald's, not terribly busy so overall short wait times except Fridays where it's loaded with teen kids taking up seating tables. Usually there's security guards/uniformed Police hanging out. Makes me think they had issues before.
