The lady at the front who took my order was so rude to me. I was waiting for her to come and take my order even though I asked her are you like still open she said yes and then she went back when she came at the front again i asked her can I order and she rudely replied I thought you are looking at the screen but I was not I was waiting for her to come and take my order and then she was like I will not stand at look at your face till you order we are closing.... zero customer service but 100 percent attitude and rudeness Bro!!! Who you are teaching how to order I am manager at a restaurant also!!!I so I also know what is customer service and how to talk nicely to others it doesn't cost a penny to talk nicely

My order was 192 and often numbers not showing on the screen, I asked employees why this is, she replied oh because every ordr has a time and we quickly take it off from thr screen, even my order came after 3 minutes Definitely something is not right ?

Today i ordered veggie burger and i ask for the toppings she said only patty bun and lettuce then i ask for tomato and onion she said we don’t have onion you are in Walmart still you can’t buy it and for tomatoes extra charge feel like they are stealing money from our pockets

Went there on Aug 23rd, Saturday night. No staff at the counter, the cheese burger had half the cheese outside the burger...poor service, poor quality.

This McDonald’s is very weird looking. The workers do not use gloves, or even wash their hands in between orders. I had to ask if I could get my burger remade because the person making it touched hands with another staff member, wiped their hands on their pants, and didn’t even bother washing them. It bothered me so much that this McDonald’s doesn’t even follow proper sanitary rules.

Everything is good but it’s a shame to the owner of the store who is earning well still not giving enough staff to the manager and team. I feel bad for that lady she is running and managing everything with 2 staff members and people were shouting on her. The owner should Have some humanity or else leave the store. If the store is running so well you should have enough staff to run it not just keep all the money in your pocket and ignore them.

Everything is okay except 2 things: Too cheap to have extra trays for diners. The whole restaurant has around 1-2 trays. Come on!!!! We went many times and the small cup for ketchup never gets restocked. Don't think those are super expensive to restock lol

I’m writing to share a very disappointing experience I recently had at one of your locations. From start to finish, the visit fell far below the standard I expect from McDonald’s.
We ordered a Nuggets Happy Meal and Chicken Teriyaki sandwiches, but the speed of service was extremely slow, even though the restaurant wasn’t particularly busy. It took far longer than it should have to receive our order, and there was no sense of urgency from the staff.
Unfortunately, the staff’s behavior was unprofessional and indifferent. There was little to no engagement or courtesy, and our concerns were met with dismissive responses.
When we finally received the food, it was below expectations in both quality and presentation. The nuggets were lukewarm, and the sandwiches were messy and lacked the fresh taste we’re used to.
The cleanliness of the restaurant also left much to be desired. The dining area had unclean tables, the floor was sticky, and the trash bins were overflowing — creating an unwelcoming atmosphere for families.
To top it all off, my child did not receive the correct toy in the Happy Meal, and when we requested a replacement, the staff refused to accommodate the request. That small gesture could have made a big difference, but it was dismissed outright.

Ordered at the kiosk. As soon as the order is processed if there is no chicken product it needs to be dropped asap. Two minutes after they receied the order they are finally putting the chicken in the vat. Furthermore they tell me I'm waiting 2 minutes for the chicken but it ends up being longer because someone else orders a mcchiken and they complete that order first. If they sent out that mcchiken order because there were no fries then whoever is the manager should be watching the orders to ensure there is enough fries when the sandwich comes out. Every step of the way I'm waiting for different food items. By the time i get my food my additional mcdouble has been sitting there for the entirety. This is unacceptable. My receipt says 13:58 and I was handed my food at 14:08. Terrible service and to top it off no sorry was said or have a nice day when handed my food.
