Very poor hygiene. The manager NATHAN!!! Went to get chicken nuggets in the back with his bare hands and used the same ditry hands he was touching everything to make my burger.
He wasn't wearing any uniform, No hair net and They don't wear any gloves or use any tools to make your food, just pure unprofessionalism and lack of respect towards people's food. I wouldn't eat there if I were you and I'm not eating there ever again. Just disgusting 🤢🤮

So I ordered off the app to try te speed up the process. I ordered at around 6:25, drove to the restaurant and gave the code and go all the way through ( well after waiting quite a bit of time in line due to the woman in the minivan ordering like 60 nuggets in different quantities) so I get to the window and am handed the drinks and asked to go wait. It's now 6:39, I'm thinking to myself how is the quicker option? Then my app tells me the order was complete at 6:41, well that's news to me because at 644 I still don't have my order. I know, we are only talking a few minutes but thats not the point. Asked the guy how this happens when I use the app to speed things up,but still have to sit and wait. He would just apologize, no explanation for why but just he was sorry. I am going to try to not purchase anything from them anymore. I wud rather give my money to Harvey's, my order is always ready and I like their food better. And I dont feel bad at all, after all I gave them an explanation for why I am not coming back. It's more than they gave me.
