I thought mobile orders were designed to eliminate the wait, however I ordered at 11:20am arrived at 12:15pm to pick up my mobile order only to be told to park. The morning staff are top tier until the afternoon shift rolls in.

Confession, I have gone here once in a while with my kids but it has become our joke/game. Let’s see how many things they get wrong on the order? Just onions and ketchup = a guarantee to get pickles, extra mayo = no mayo. Missing straws, napkins….

The milkshake machine seems to go down more than it’s working. Particularly if you go in the late evening.

Homeless people hang out inside and out, and we once watched a woman feeding her dog as he sat on the table. Management watched and did nothing.

I am just grateful my kids are now grossed out by the way place too.

THE WORST MCDONALDS EVER.
they have given me the wrong meal countless times and i have allergies which means i can't eat it and ultimately waste my money and time. this place is horrible, the food is disgusting, the staff is rude and they always mess up your order. don't waste your time or money here.

The service was provided by a girl named Lakshmi, very badly and deceitfully, and with a smile on her face, she refused my order, saying it was out of stock, but I parked in the parking lot and went inside to find out, and they gave me my entire order, but Lakshmi deceived me and smiled, it's terrible to waste your time like that

I had a bad experience picking up my order. A staff member was rude and started arguing when I was looking at the order number. She ignored me when I asked for her name and walked away. The manager also did not help or give her name. Very unprofessional customer service.

Extremely disappointed. I just left the drive thru paid 30 something dollars, asked for my receipt didnt get it, asked for WELL DONE fries they give me cold fries and so salty I could not even eat them. I know this isn't the best mcdonalds in the area for quality and freshness but I try to give them a chance because of one of the wonderful managers there and its close to home. I will avoid this one for awhile now if I can. Do better!

First time to visit to this store a few days ago but I'm just leaving a review today as I am not from this city. I asked an Indian girl if McDonalds coffee is premium roast or dark roast, and she said she doesn't know. WHAT!!?? Her name is HARMAN-something. How do you work at McDonalds and do not know what you carry. Please hire people with common sense because this is crazy.

Also, fill up your large fries. I should not be paying $6 and the bottom is not even filled.

Restaurant is big and spacious but can be a bit dirty.

As a uber driver, the experience was very bad. It took forever to get the order ready and I had to call 3 times to get the staffs attention (who was standing just infront of me and ignoring.. so rude) while they were talking and laughing at eachother.

The girl namedKARAMVEER was so rude . She didn’t even know how to greet the customer and talk. We are paying and we want a good service that you dont even expect from this mcdonalds location.
