Worst staff having no manners

It is 24 hour just for the sake of saying it. Every time i am on drive through around 12 or 1 am. There machines are always down. They have nothing to serve. Never coming back to location. Its enough.

Here's a thought; if you are open 24 hours maybe have enough staff present to service the incredibly long ng lineup. Staff members DO NOT LISTEN.

Giving my most of my item wrong and when i came back, the manager keep saying the smores and the hot chocolate mcflurry id the same thing. Taking so long to give me order. THE managers is sucks

Worse McDonald’s ever, I drive a transit bus and this is the second Saturday I got burned by them. I made a mobile order for a xl coffee last Saturday and I had to wait 6 mins for it, after ordering it via mobile app…. And today, I ordered a xl coffee and 2 hash browns and after waiting for 7 mins, I had to run out with only my coffee and 1 hash brown because the other one was not made yet. I just told them I couldn’t wait. They didn’t even tell me I had to wait till a few mins in. I was the only one in the McDonald’s at 7 am. At Other McDonald’s locations, when I order a coffee, I am in and out of there in 30-45 seconds because the coffee is ready and on the counter, it’s grab and go. Only at this location after ordering via the app I still have to wait like I ordered it at the cashier. The staff have to be paying more attention at the screen and less on talking with each other and joking around. I am sorry but what is the point of ordering it before hand if you still have to wait and why is it that all other locations can do it except for this location?? And if you think I am ranting, look at all the other 1 star post by all other customers………..

I had the worst experience here. Customer service is beyond ridiculous. We tried to order from their drive thru at 3:57 am knowing breakfast will be ready by then. But they said they’re just transitioning the menu and it’ll take for 20 minutes. Okay so we decided that we’ll wait for 20 minutes knowing we came from work and we’re really starving. We went back at 4:24 am and ordered thru mobile order and will just pick it up thru drive thru so we don’t have to wait and order.
And to our surprise, the lady said it will be another 20-25 minutes. And even said to just refund the payment and call customer service. The audacity of saying they’ll refund it anyways and will take 5-7 business days made me furious. Please if you inform customers that it’ll take 20 minutes please try to fulfill it. Or at least be honest that it will take 45 minutes to be ready. It was such a hassle!!
