I went through the drive-thru today and politely asked the cashier if she could take a quick photo of me and my dogs from her angle. Instead of just saying no, she brought over another colleague who looked at me like I was stupid and said, “no, but why?” It felt dismissive and unnecessary.

A simple “sorry, I can’t” would have been fine, but the attitude came across as rude and judgmental. Very unprofessional experience.

Amazingly bad service at drive through. Gave wrong coffee at drive through. I read the label and said sorry this is not mine. She then went and poured the same coffee in another cup without a label and gave back to me. For many people their morning coffee is so.important and these guys DID ME DIRTY.

I got lost in the shuffle... 😐 I've seen this happen before: when deleting orders off of the screens, an active one gets deleted. I suspect that's what happened here.

Also, this location seems to have an imbalance of focus on the DT window, leaving customers inside waiting longer.

Having worked in a quick serve restaurant before I am willing to give this location another chance or two.

I was there for skip pickup at night around midnight , there was absolutely no help from the employees , i tried to call them or to approach them , there was absolutely no answer . I waited for 40 minutes for my order , no one came at front door , i will never go to this location again for any pickup or even for eating . The incident is of saturday night 23 august

I wish I could give ZERO STARS. this location is the WORST location you can ever go to. BAD SERVICE every single time. Today I went and ordered a McDouble and sat in the drive thru for almost 10 minutes and they told me it would take 5 MORE minutes to make ONE McDouble and told me to go park my car and then gave me attitude when I asked for my money back (she SCOFFED at me when I asked for my refund) because I didn’t want to wait any longer. Horrendous customer service. Head office should start sending new and more experienced managers there from other locations because this experience was horrible and I will NOT be retuning to this location.
