This particular location does have great tasting food but the time of service is outrageous it took me about 35 mins to get my order with just 5 people in the restaurant but the food was nice and customer service was a 5 out of 10

The place was not very busy. Order my meal around 2:33PM on a Wednesday afternoon. Around 2:45 I had to go inquire about my meal which was sitting at the fries station for about 5 minutes. A worker looked in the bag and continued on with her day ignoring the bag was only missing fries which she then proceeded to take fries to put in another meal.
I am vegetarian and i ordered a big mac no meat but they gave me bic mac with meat . Its not only once , happened 2-3 times
