Most of the kiosks are malfunctioning. The drink/ice machines are broken very often so drinks are either warm, not carbonated, have no ice, or a combination of the three. The quality of service and food has taken a steep decline over the last couple years.

If you dine in at night then don’t waste your time at table for your order to be prepared you have to go to them and then they will prepare it and ketchup and sauce you have to check maybe it’s still missing 😜😜

It's McDonald's what do you expect. Mens bathroom was gross. Toilet and urinal overflowing. Couple of homeless people in the store not ideal specially when you still have a Playplace with kids playing.
