Absolutely brutal…the hygiene in this place is so bad, avoid! The manager, an older Indian lady, was cashing people out one minute and then making burgers the next…no hand washing or anything! She’s rubbing her face and her nose and then back she goes to make my food! I’ll be contacting corporate and health canada because this place needs to be closed before someone gets sick! Management needs to wake the heck up before someone gets sick! We waited 30 minutes for food!

We got burnt burgers and when we gave the burgers back to the staff and called out the issue, Mr.Alphanso spoke rudely and said “we will not replace this”. The person did not even care to give us a reason, forget about apologising for the poor service. Never seen this happen anywhere or even experienced such a thing. Money wasted.
