Worst McDonald’s in the area. Simply won’t care about your custom requests. Prepare for the worst McDonald’s food experience with the oldest burgers imaginable. The service is fine, yet they don’t care about your food. It’s laughable how bad it is. Don’t bother.

I didn’t catch her name, but my Walmart paper bag ripped open and things fell onto the floor and she gave a McDonald’s paper bag which was much more sturdy. Kindness goes a long way, and that was excellent customer service. She also handed my order and food was great . This was December 10th at 7:15pm.. thanks you again for your kindness

Now, McDonald doesn’t have ketchup refills and soda refills anymore. McDonald has a setback to the time when products oriented was introduced. Take it or leave it. Now, McDonald only thinks of profits and there’s no customer respect. Bad service.

Talk about a super clean Mcds. Being that I am from Brampton, how amazed was I that every time a table left , staff literally cleaned the table RIGHT AWAY. Staff at the counter , excellent in customer service, but most importantly not huddled up and speaking only indian. Very nice to see that Mcds is realizing to hire a mix of cultures. Brampton Mcds can learn from this location. Keep it up guys

This is a call to Ontario public health authority to check after this dirty unhealthy and toxic place. Yesterday July 31 around 9:0 p.m I got the Sundae Fudge ice cream and since tomorrow early morning and I’m suffering stomachache, diarrhea and burning stool. How dirty, cheap, and careless are they!?

I was trying to redeem my points for any free fries for 4000 points. A front cashier scanned my points and unfortunately the POS malfunctioned. He asked that I switch over the the secondary POS but unfortunately didn’t work since it already redeemed my points
MAYA the swing manager came to troubleshoot but was very unprofessional and confrontational.
At a certain point was really having a power trip to be “right”. Do not recommend this McDonald due to its service and would highly suggest training on basic customer service
