They gave me an empty box shamful …. 31/03/2025 I didnt realise it was drive thru but driving 10 minute to realise the box is empty thank you

This one is pretty bad. Service is super slow and the tables are rarely cleaned. My order took so long that I had plenty of time to spot deficiencies.
For takeout, I ordered the new Smokey Quarter Papi combo and upsized my fries, along with two baked apple pies. The order took far too long to be prepared and the fries came barely 3/4 full and limp/cold. No ketchup or napkins in the bag.
It's like they have given up on adequate service. Don't go to this one.

Ordered poutine and no meat burger , saw a guy inside preparing burger without gloves, when I confronted him, he said Our SOP, says using gloves generate more germs, compare to bare hands.

Stopped by for coffees and muffins. Service was a little slow. The biggest health issue here was the absolutely disgustingly filthy bathrooms. You had to ask staff to buzz open the door which led to a choice of two unisex bathrooms. Both were floor covered in urine, feces toilet paper, water was left running in sink, no soap, automated toilets did not flush in one so toilet was full of waste. Felt so bad for a mother waiting to use it with two young kids. I advised her the state of filth and she opted to leave without ordering. McDonald's you need to step in here and address this before you cause an outbreak of something.
