Talk about a super clean Mcds. Being that I am from Brampton, how amazed was I that every time a table left , staff literally cleaned the table RIGHT AWAY. Staff at the counter , excellent in customer service, but most importantly not huddled up and speaking only indian. Very nice to see that Mcds is realizing to hire a mix of cultures. Brampton Mcds can learn from this location. Keep it up guys

This is a call to Ontario public health authority to check after this dirty unhealthy and toxic place. Yesterday July 31 around 9:0 p.m I got the Sundae Fudge ice cream and since tomorrow early morning and I’m suffering stomachache, diarrhea and burning stool. How dirty, cheap, and careless are they!?

I was trying to redeem my points for any free fries for 4000 points. A front cashier scanned my points and unfortunately the POS malfunctioned. He asked that I switch over the the secondary POS but unfortunately didn’t work since it already redeemed my points
MAYA the swing manager came to troubleshoot but was very unprofessional and confrontational.
At a certain point was really having a power trip to be “right”. Do not recommend this McDonald due to its service and would highly suggest training on basic customer service

Today at 1:20 i asked poutine gravy on the side
They gave me an empty box shamful …. 31/03/2025 I didnt realise it was drive thru but driving 10 minute to realise the box is empty thank you

This one is pretty bad. Service is super slow and the tables are rarely cleaned. My order took so long that I had plenty of time to spot deficiencies.
For takeout, I ordered the new Smokey Quarter Papi combo and upsized my fries, along with two baked apple pies. The order took far too long to be prepared and the fries came barely 3/4 full and limp/cold. No ketchup or napkins in the bag.
It's like they have given up on adequate service. Don't go to this one.

Ordered poutine and no meat burger , saw a guy inside preparing burger without gloves, when I confronted him, he said Our SOP, says using gloves generate more germs, compare to bare hands.
