Had a very disappointing experience at the drive-thru on June 3rd. The ice cream cone I received was broken, and when I politely mentioned it, the staff member responded with unnecessary attitude saying, “cones break while handling.” The manager was right there, she said go ahead and complaint, i am the manager, she deserves it, and instead of helping, she sarcastically said, “Have a nice day” and ignored my concern.
I ended up cancelling the order. The cone was thrown in the trash with full attitude, and a different staff member processed the refund.
Unprofessional and rude behavior from both the manager and staff. Not the kind of service you expect from McDonald’s.

I asked to redeem my point but lady didn’t get my point and I was charged for coffee and when I asked about that then a manager came to me and started arguing with me instead of giving me refund. Went today & had a great experience. They made the burger according to our preferences. Wanted the tea without sugar. They kept every requirement in mind. All in all nice experience

Anyways check your change with this particular McDonald's... I've been here a few times and they always short change you... Also the staff is super ignorant or rude... The franchisee and it's staff could just use some more corporate training by McDonald's...not currently representing the corporate parent company in a good light...in IMHO performs alot worse the other McDonald's around.

They are serving food without gloves and one time there was a dog in side the store staff was playing with that dog I ordered my food she served me without washing her hand which is totally against the polices and when I complained about that she was behaving rudely with me

Terrible location. Ordered 1 sausage McMuffin meal with a coffee and 1 sausage McMuffin, “just the sandwich”. The woman repeatedly asked what drink I wanted with the other sandwich even though I kept repeating “no meal, just the sandwich”. she ended up charging me for another meal anyway and gave me a plain English muffin with no sausage, egg or cheese. Actually ridiculous.
