I was with my brother in the car when he ordered a regular Skor McFlurry. He repeated it three times and even confirmed it at the window. After paying with his credit card, they suddenly said the machine wasn’t working and asked him to pay cash again. They gave him the wrong size and flavor, and when we went back after seeing the card charge had gone through, there was no apology, just attitude and blame. Really disappointing service and poor handling of a simple order.

I had one of the worst drive-thru experiences at this McDonald’s. I clearly ordered a regular size Skor McFlurry, repeated it three times, and even confirmed it again before reaching the window. After I paid by credit card, I was told the machine “wasn’t working” and asked to pay cash instead. I paid again, assuming the card payment didn’t go through.

When they handed me the McFlurry, I confirmed again that it was the regular Skor one — the staff said no, it was a small, and told me I would need to go through the drive-thru line again if I wanted what I had originally ordered. I said “nevermind” and left — but later saw that my credit card charge had gone through.

I drove back, waited 10 minutes, and finally someone came out who first said the payment didn’t show in their system. Only after insisting, she agreed to refund. On top of that, I was told I was given a Birthday Cake McFlurry, not Skor — which was not what I ordered. Instead of apologizing, I got attitude and blame-shifting — saying “whoever took the order must’ve made a mistake.”

No apology, no accountability, just poor customer service and an incorrect order after I confirmed it multiple times. Very disappointing.

I’m only giving 5 stars because I just went through the drive through and dealt with Andrea! Super friendly and attentive and I realized I hadn’t seen her for some time now… she’s precise with taking orders and several times in the past I’ve ordered and it’s wrong so I needed to leave this review for Andrea and requests she stays at this location please and thanks! 😊 lol! Keep up the good work Andrea! Nice seeing you :)

We popped in to get a coke and chocolate chip and double chocolate cookies. Heading back home to Kitchener Waterloo needed a drink. The staff member that served us was very friendly.

Soft drinks dispenser are empty. No more soft drinks refills. Ketchup dispenser is empty. No more ketchup refills. I ordered large French fries and I only got 2 small packs of ketchups. Where’s the common sense? Bad service.

It’s my request don’t order from this location, staff is very unprofessional, mannerless, unhygienic and rude. I was standing one day and none of the staff wear gloves, they touch everything even picking the nose but don’t sanitise. Staff wear jewellery which is very hazardous while working in food department and I asked one of the employees who has head phones in listening songs and dancing, wgy you don’t use gloves and she replied that’s how we work if you have problem report it.
Please my request don’t go to them and report them as much as you can

That's so expensive the nuggets now taste bad, so many other places serving better food for less. This should be 10$ max, your over processed junk food is not worth premium price tags. And your entire breakfast menu is horrible since after covid.

They messed up my order, and a manager told me to come back to the restaurant so they can resolve it. I don’t visit often, so when I returned two months later, the same manager claimed it wasn’t in their records and started accusing me of lying and arguing with me (in front of other customers). Is this really how McDonald's trains their managers? SMH.

It's a McDonald's, so the only thing that makes it stand out is speed of service, quality of your food, but most important is the service, and today the service was excellent, I left with a smile.

In October 2024, we ordered four meals and ice cream, paying $41.63 for everything. However, after waiting for 15 minutes, I had to remind the staff about our order, and they apologized. We then realized the order was incomplete. After another 3-5 minutes, the manager brought the missing items, but no one offered any apology or compensation for the long wait.

I just ordered 3 happy meals from this location via skip the dishes. The order arrived without 3 happy meal toys and without 3 small fries that were part of the order. After contacting both the store and skipthedishes, both companies are content to pretend like nothing happened.

Absolute garbage.
