The worst bagels! Bought two bagels with cream cheese and they were all bagel and little cream cheese. The cream cheese was watery and the bagel was all squished. For $7 it is a little pricey and Tim Hortons offers a better deal. Very dissatisfied and disappointed being a regular customer.

And they never say Thank you, as if they are the customers, not us.

ain’t nothing worse than getting a mcdouble dressed like a mac, that ain’t even dressed with the mac sauce… i paid an extra 3 dollars just for this little thing and it’s the fact that it wasn’t even busy? whoever made my burger clearly had a bad shift but dude for an extra 3$ for basically just lettuce?

This place should not have two order windows in the drive-through. The employees don’t know how to go side to side to take orders. One side will keep going while people on the other window. Just wait for their order to be taken. And when you do pick up your order, I would say 75% of the time something is wrong with that. This place really went to hell in a handbasket.
The manager name Liz , went above and beyond for me , I have a sesame seed allergy and she made sure to swap the buns for me on my quarter pounder and clean the grill prior to serving the burgers, we need more ppl like Liz working at McDonalds

People always cut the line on the drive thru by acting they don’t know where the line starts. Management should fix this issue by placing some sort of blockade to prevent ppl cutting the line from the back parking side.
