I made an order through the McDonald's app and the staff told me to come to the drive thru but I didn't have a car. The staff replied you need to come in a car otherwise I won't give you your order.

I ordered the meatless Big Mac. Opening it, I was looking forward to eating a delicious beyond meat patty or another delicious veggie burger. What I found was bread with sauce. The meatless Big Mac is just a bland bun. No patty. I frantically searched their menu for another vegetarian option. THERE IS NONE. In 2025, McDonald's Canada has no vegetarian burgers. If you want to live in the 1940's, go here. If you want to live in the meatless present and future, go somewhere else entirely.

Would rather go out of my way than to come back to this disappointing disaster. My girl just wanted sausage muffin sub bacon. But they couldn’t get that right. I wanted sausage egg muffin, they gave me one without egg. Also, this isn’t fast food. I waited 15 minutes at 7 AM making us late for work. Do not come here. They only hire brown skin with very strong accents.
worst service ever. I redeemed a free cheeseburger and the lady at the drive thru tried to tell me that i needed to pay for it after the mcdonald’s app took the points out of my account. she then proceeded to argue with me over the cheeseburger as if i wasn’t charged for it in a sense. GET BETTER STAFF cause what really is this

Waited for my order almost 18 mins. It was just 1 combo and a drink. It took them so long to give not just me all the people were waiting in for so long. Terrible service when asked for a dipping sauce they will ask you that it’s chargeable, seriously spent 25$ on a combo and a burger you guys cant ofer a dipping sauce with a combo. Waste of time to visit this location.
