Would rather go out of my way than to come back to this disappointing disaster. My girl just wanted sausage muffin sub bacon. But they couldn’t get that right. I wanted sausage egg muffin, they gave me one without egg. Also, this isn’t fast food. I waited 15 minutes at 7 AM making us late for work. Do not come here. They only hire brown skin with very strong accents.

worst service ever. I redeemed a free cheeseburger and the lady at the drive thru tried to tell me that i needed to pay for it after the mcdonald’s app took the points out of my account. she then proceeded to argue with me over the cheeseburger as if i wasn’t charged for it in a sense. GET BETTER STAFF cause what really is this

Waited for my order almost 18 mins. It was just 1 combo and a drink. It took them so long to give not just me all the people were waiting in for so long. Terrible service when asked for a dipping sauce they will ask you that it’s chargeable, seriously spent 25$ on a combo and a burger you guys cant ofer a dipping sauce with a combo. Waste of time to visit this location.
I have strong complaint for the so called Manager Karanveer And the staff they don’t know how to handle the customer. She is a big disgrace to the company and brand. Alert to all the customers stay away from this McDonald’s branch. Horrible experience. Stay away from McDonald’s , Burger King is better and staff is also much better as well.

Waiting in a huge line at drive through not one person was asked to park ahead and wait for their food. I waited patiently. When it was my turn to get just an ice coffee and wrap I was told to park at the front it would only be a minute I said if it’s just a minute why do I need to park I could wait here? Makes total sense right. Nope , she’s like the person behind you only has a coffee I said dose that make their order more important then mine I just waited patiently for 10 mins in drive through not one car move forward they all had food orders.
It’s always the same thing with this Mc Ds. People with poor customer service skills and English skill. Who don’t no how to navigate a drive through.
