Saw the manager Melissa screaming and calling employees names. Looks like a toxic work environment for the employees and customers to witness. Employees were seen doing their jobs right and got the order correctly. 2 stars for the manager's attitude towards employees.

Picked up 2 med coffee at about 9.30pm.1 Med 2 cream 2 Splenda and 1 med blackTasted mine, bleh Bitter and no sweetener, asked my son to get a new one, still no sweetener and bitter.Please check your Sends dispenser, pressing the button if it's empty does no good.Wash your coffee making equipment, pots, filter baskets, thermoses etc. That's where the bitter taste comes from.If you're not doing that what else are you not washing????

Asked for a fresh medium coffee with 3milk.The coffee was old burnt and did not have 3 milk. Coffee was so gross unable to drink. The smell and taste of a burnt old coffee.Learn to cook and serve as the policy. Waste of time and money

Unfortunately, I've noticed a decline in both customer service and cleanliness. In recent visits, it's been apparent that the level of attention to these aspects has decreased significantly.Firstly, the customer service has been lacking. Staff members seem less attentive and less willing to assist customers with their needs. Responses to inquiries are often curt or delayed, leaving customers feeling frustrated and undervalued. It's disappointing to see a decline in the quality of service that was once a hallmark of this establishment.Additionally, cleanliness standards have noticeably slipped. The premises appear less well-maintained, with noticeable issues such as dirty floors, unkempt restrooms, and cluttered dining areas. This lack of cleanliness not only detracts from the overall experience but also raises concerns about hygiene and sanitation.Overall, the decline in both customer service and cleanliness at is disheartening. I hope that management takes these concerns seriously and takes steps to address and improve these areas to restore the reputation and quality of the establishment.

Worst drive thru customer service ever. Got order of 2 junior chicken burgers for drive thru and other food, upon receiving food, the person who was handing out the order has no facial expressions nor said thank you or bye, and I found the order was missing one junior burger so I had to return to the drive thru to get it again, the same person handed out the burger, without apologizing or anything which made me feel very inappropriate and uncomfortable. Please train your staff at least to be welcoming and have basic manners.
