Purchased 2 carafes; however only 12 cups were packed even though I confirmed with the girl. Called and spoke to TRESSA, and she was absolutely amazing. She took ownership of the situation immediately. She offered to send the cups to the school that I donated the coffees to. I let her know I’ll come back in an hour to grab them.
When I got there, it was super busy for the lunch rush. I heard her say “I gotta take care of this” and prioritized me. She was apologetic and understood no cups = 12 unhappy morning ppl.
Thank you for your leadership and accountability. I see why you are the leader of your team.

Since Reno's it's tiny inside. Not inviting. The counter has one spot to order and several self serve stands. It was way better before. Staff play games with food service and purposefully mess up orders. Definitely not a good location.

Food is ok, I have preference for chicken McMuffin. Coffee to me is better than Tims.
McD only uses 10% cream, Tims uses 18%
All the more reason.
Also their app now requires you to add a card even though points are for free things, why?

Worst experience after eating at McDonald's for 40 years. It was after midnight and i ordered through the drive thru. I was told my order would take longer because I wanted it plain. No problem I have dealt with that before. I was apparently told to drive around and go through the drive thru again and my order would be ready. I didn't understand that at the time and parked out front because that has been the normal for 40 years. I had to go into the store after 10 mins and complain I didn't receive my order. The manager looked puzzled and said the girl told u to go around through the drive thru again and it would be ready. Now I am boiling mad because how does that make sense there would be cars in front of me because now I have to drive through a second time with cars ahead of me. The manager couldn't answer at all and refunded my money. Today's franchisee owners just worry about their pocket books even though they still make millions because people need to eat. How do they achieve that by having children with no sense running there stores because they are cheap labour. Franchisees obviously don't care or they would change. It has nothing to do with cost and tariff because it's slowly getting worse in today's times. I would say more but those comments are not appropriate and I agree with other comments people have posted. Avoid this location and Dixie road. U can fix stupid or common sense because it doesn't exist anymore.

PROPETY IF CIARCAF.

Ordered a veg burger. The only available option is a Big Mac they'd serve without meat. When I received my burger I was very disappointed-there was a slice of cheese, mayo, 2 slices of pickles n lettuce pieces. I asked the sales girl for a slice of tomato and she said I needed to pay .75 extra. Basically it's 1 dollar for the meat slice or. 75 for One slice of tomato. I believe the least they could do as a courtesy for their lack of option was provide the slice of tomato! Not at all inclusive Mc Do!

I just visited this store and as an employee of McDonald’s already i asked manager for a code to give discount. The manager i dont know her name got me too irritated like she already saw my dress i was wearing but still she asked to show me my mcdonalds proof like i am lying. On top of that she was asking another manager if i know her just to give me discount. It is a common sense that mcdonalds discount works in whole ontario.
Like seriously??? I never expected this. You guys really need some training on how to treat customers.

September 6th 2025 around 7:10am -7:25am drive through. I ordered a egg sausage mcmuffin and coffee. When I started to eat it I have sand I could feel between my teeth while I was chewing. Someone in there dripped my food in the ground and then served it to me 100%. Check you camera's and please fire this person. Im sick to my stomach right now
