Worst experience after eating at McDonald's for 40 years. It was after midnight and i ordered through the drive thru. I was told my order would take longer because I wanted it plain. No problem I have dealt with that before. I was apparently told to drive around and go through the drive thru again and my order would be ready. I didn't understand that at the time and parked out front because that has been the normal for 40 years. I had to go into the store after 10 mins and complain I didn't receive my order. The manager looked puzzled and said the girl told u to go around through the drive thru again and it would be ready. Now I am boiling mad because how does that make sense there would be cars in front of me because now I have to drive through a second time with cars ahead of me. The manager couldn't answer at all and refunded my money. Today's franchisee owners just worry about their pocket books even though they still make millions because people need to eat. How do they achieve that by having children with no sense running there stores because they are cheap labour. Franchisees obviously don't care or they would change. It has nothing to do with cost and tariff because it's slowly getting worse in today's times. I would say more but those comments are not appropriate and I agree with other comments people have posted. Avoid this location and Dixie road. U can fix stupid or common sense because it doesn't exist anymore.

PROPETY IF CIARCAF.

Ordered a veg burger. The only available option is a Big Mac they'd serve without meat. When I received my burger I was very disappointed-there was a slice of cheese, mayo, 2 slices of pickles n lettuce pieces. I asked the sales girl for a slice of tomato and she said I needed to pay .75 extra. Basically it's 1 dollar for the meat slice or. 75 for One slice of tomato. I believe the least they could do as a courtesy for their lack of option was provide the slice of tomato! Not at all inclusive Mc Do!

I just visited this store and as an employee of McDonald’s already i asked manager for a code to give discount. The manager i dont know her name got me too irritated like she already saw my dress i was wearing but still she asked to show me my mcdonalds proof like i am lying. On top of that she was asking another manager if i know her just to give me discount. It is a common sense that mcdonalds discount works in whole ontario.
Like seriously??? I never expected this. You guys really need some training on how to treat customers.

September 6th 2025 around 7:10am -7:25am drive through. I ordered a egg sausage mcmuffin and coffee. When I started to eat it I have sand I could feel between my teeth while I was chewing. Someone in there dripped my food in the ground and then served it to me 100%. Check you camera's and please fire this person. Im sick to my stomach right now

A boy looks at least 10 yo used his foot kicked the button to open the ladies washroom and tried to go in. I stopped him said the Men’s are the one on your right. He then ran back to their seats with his mom and tried to go in again. I told them “my young girl is using the ladies room now, you either wait til she’s out or you ask the dad to bring him to use the Men’s room if you think he needs attention. They didn’t listen at all even tho I insisted. They went in and I had to bring this to staff’s attention then a lady(manager maybe, same race with the mom and boy) said it’s okay there’s nothing wrong with this, even tho they had a better way to just ask the boy’s dad to come over and take care of the big boy if needed. They just don’t care and never on your side unless you also from South Asia. Avoid this place at all costs.

Staff do not wear gloves when preparing your food. They should be wearing gloves before touching your Buns and preparing your meal.

Amazing spot! The food was fresh, flavourful, and served quickly. Staff were friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere made the experience even better. Definitely a place I’d recommend and visit again!

Came in for my toddler and had the worst experience ever. All we wanted was some nuggets, fries, and playing time at the play place. I will never be coming back here again. It’s sad how the quality has gone down here. Both the garbage bins in the play area were not cleaned and were overflowing.

The worst chicken nuggets ever. Terrible taste. Couldn’t even finish one piece. Waste of money. Don’t order from this McD.

This location is terrible they need better management. The food is not handled with care instead they threw are food in the bag as if it was garbage, our sandwiches were all over the place and had to be reassembled once we were home. It was absolute chaos in the store, understaffed and disorganized.
