They get my order wrong all the time. Whoever is taking oders in drive through in the morning, can't understand what people are asking for.

How is it possible to screw up an order every single time. We avoid this location but Millcreek was closed. They are far superior and we make the extra drive to them.

One of the worst McDonald’s in Mississauga, too slow and most of the employees working have bad attitude. Don’t recommend coming here at all

I don’t know why they always tell the customer significantly less time than the order would actually take for waiting in parking lot. Was waiting for one small bakery item which they said should take 2 mins. But it took 20 mins. Happened so many times in the past, but needed to finally give that 1 star.

I had a great experience at McDonald’s thanks to Arsh! She was working the window when she took my order, and she was incredibly nice, respectful, and professional. Her customer service truly stood out she was friendly, patient, and made the whole experience pleasant. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely cares about providing great service. I really hope she gets the recognition she deserves for her hard work, and hopefully even a raise! McDonald’s is lucky to have her on the team.

I am a regular customer and usually buy a medium coffee for $1.35 at other branches. However, this branch charged me $1.46.

When I asked the cashier about the price increase, she said it had gone up a month ago. But I purchased the same coffee just the day before at another branch for $1.35.

Are individual branches allowed to set their own prices? This inconsistency is confusing and frustrating for regular customers. I would appreciate some clarification.

Today dated February 12, 2026
In the evening time I went to pick up order for customer , a staff her appearance punjabi indian background chubby appearance she told me to wait she kept me waiting for 15 minutes then told me to cancel the order I told her I confirmed with customer he didnt receive the order i told her I am trying to earn money for rent kindly dont do this she ruthlessly replies I dont care
After that dropping off order I lost my balance and hit my head on floor,
As a uber driver I have completed 13000 delieveries , unfortunately mostly I face dishonest and unprofessional behavior from indian punjabi origin everytime I faced
Kindly i have request to businesses dont promote their behavior, they totally neglect other persons will , they should the job right way by rules and policies
Thank you that was my experience today I will visit doctor tomorrow

They get my order right 90% of the time which is nice, but upselling to drive thru customers in -30°C is diabolical

The sitting area and Lobby of this particular McDonald's is amazing. Very surprised when I first walked in and saw couches

Overstaffed but still refusing Uber Eats orders
This location was clearly overstaffed, yet they refused to pass an Uber Eats order through the drive-through. There was no rush, no clear reason, just poor coordination and lack of willingness to help delivery drivers who are also part of your business.
If you’re overstaffed and still can’t handle delivery orders efficiently, that’s a management issue. Very disappointing experience.

came here at 4:15… said they are switching breakfast and will be 5 more mins. I wait the 5 minutes at the window. After a few minutes she comes back and tells me to move because i am running the timer and she doesn’t know how long it will take.
No one even asked me what i was there for. I just wanted an orange juice (which you don’t need to be switched over for).

They make my breakfast sandwich with no gloves touching the egg and bun bare hands. Unacceptable
