Mccrispy was really good here, the crispiest one i’ve ever had. Fries were also fresh and crispy. They don’t have a drink refill station, or even a napkin/ketchup area. Washrooms were out of toilet paper.

Just went at drive thru. Cashier was so rude. She doesn't know how to talk with customers. Waited so long in the line . I recommend to visit different location where they know how to deal with customers and value them.

Food is alright. It just McDonald’s, but the service is so so. The service doesn’t feel like Canadian way that we known, the atmosphere was clean and fine but the awful smell of garbage can smell inside the store on one day and outside the store the other day.

Horrible experience, terrible management

I ordered a milkshake on the kiosk and my credit card was charged. However, the manager said my order was not showing up in the system. I provided proof that my card was charged at the store, and requested that I just get the milkshake. The manager was so rude and dismissive, absolutely no customer service skills at all. She told me to come back the next day and they would figure it out, but I live 40 minutes from this location, so it is not very convenient. The manager continued to be rude and said “ you are not getting the milkshake, so say whatever you want. The manager then said it was her last shift so she did not care. She then refused to tell me her name and went and hid in the back of the store. I was just so flabbergasted by the service, I have never been treated like this at any other location. The manager also blamed me for my card going through, and said it was my fault the order was not showing up. All the other employees were sympathizing with me, but the manager just had a temper tantrum and refused to provide service. Really disappointed with this experience.
