So good flavor of their ice cream!!! I got the vanilla flavor, it was literally amazing. And the most important is Anjali she provided top-notch service, extremely welcoming and friendly she was such a sweetheart. I wanna get something to drink so i listened her advice got the Pink Tea. I love the milk chocolate here!! It is to die for. My favourite combination is getting the signature waffle with milk chocolate and fresh strawberries!! But I’ve also had the crepes and the gelato, everything is seriously delicious. The espresso machine is really good too. Service is usually very fast but they get super busy. It’s such a small place so it gets really crowded if you want to sit and eat your dessert fresh there really isn’t much space to do so. When you do get a seat, you feel rushed and watched because people are looking to see how much dessert you have left and why you’re not getting up and letting them have your seat. Not the restaurants fault but would be amazing if this location was bigger!!

Very Poor Attitude from staff. They are laughing, talking and enjoying with each other. No customer care. No order taler. Welcome counter was empty and the cashier was enjoying with her colleagues as she was on holiday. Dirty tables, Poor Cleaning, all waste and used plates on table. Customer wants to sit but so poor hygiene. If ask help from staff to clean the tables, they said they dont have time. Such an opposite behaviour as compares to Ridgeway drive branch. Atleast one senior person should be available at eglinton branch to control the staff and respect of Melt n Dip

We ordered the Golden Cloud pistachio croffle because the menu said it comes with a scoop of gelato, but we were not served any gelato. When we asked, the staff told us it doesn’t come with gelato. This was confusing and disappointing. We paid $20 for two croffles, and honestly, it wasn’t worth the price. The taste was okay, but the experience didn’t match what was advertised.

I ordered the Banana Foster Cheesecake and the Lava Cake, and both desserts were absolutely mouthwatering. The cheesecake was rich and creamy with just the right sweetness, while the lava cake had that perfect gooey center that makes every bite indulgent. Everything was really delicious and satisfying. I’ll definitely be ordering again and look forward to visiting Melt n Dip in person soon.
