I've been to this location 3 times in the last 6 weeks for work and person lunch/dinners. Each time was fantastic, value for money on food is great, for a chain the food is great. The service is beyond exception, from a large group of 20 to a table for 2 each time was perfect. The staff are friendly, gave great recommendations, and provided the best service I've had in a long time.

The food, as expected, was delicious! I ordered the salmon dish was cooked perfectly and I ate every bite. My friend ordered the steak (filet mignon) and enjoyed every morsel. Our server, Catherine, was very pleasant and attentive. She knew we were celebrating a "milestone" in our lives and brought us a celebratory slice of cake at the end of our meal. Love visiting any Milestones, but the Heartland location is the best! Thank you for making our evening memorable.

Yari our server was fantastic and had some great recommendations. I will say that the Tuna Sushi Stack appetizer, the Crispy Shrimp Noodle Bowl and the Green Curry entrees were standouts. Overall great experience!

I enjoyed the food, but the restaurant didn't have the same feel as when we had gone before. It jut seemed tired, and like run of the mill restaurant. I usually have it in the same catagory as a keg restaurant and a step up from the basic casual restaurants. The service was very slow. She was very nice, but slow. My food was very good. Two of the people in my party had burgers / handhelds and they were very basic and lacking flavour. The butter chicken and medeteranian chicken were also really good.

Our server Chris was amazing. The best server who has helped us at this location. He was very caring, attentive and aimed to please, thank you. Steak from happy hour was quite disappointing based on portion size and the quality of the steak it was very tough and hard to cut and even pick up with a fork, Have had a other milestones and this has not been the case. Not sure why the windows of the restaurant are so dirty, they have been the same way for over 6 months. They are streaked and have milky finish.

All or meals were well presented and tasty - nothing was left on our plates. It was quiet in the restaurant on a Thursday afternoon. Enjoyed our time there from 1 - 3.

My best friend and I decided to go out to Milestones for a girls night, and this location definitely didn’t disappoint! Our server, Christina, was amazing and so friendly, she actually helped my friend decide on what dish to order and she ended up loving it :) We will definitely be coming back to celebrate her birthday in a couple weeks!
P.S. we are loving the new menu, so many great options to try on our next visit. Thank you again Christina for adding joy to our night out.

Food was good but the service was terrible. Went to heartland on a Wednesday at 5:20 so it was very quiet and not busy at all. It took 40 minutes from getting our appetizer until our entrees arrived.. only because I had to go find the server and let her know how long it had been. I also had to yet again go find our server and ask for a water refill. The server was nice but not attentive at all. Great “date night” menu but service was extremely disappointing and off putting.
I recently visited Milestones, and while the reception staff was friendly and seated us quickly, the service from our waitress was extremely poor. We sat for over 10 minutes without anyone coming to take our drink order. We had to wave down other servers, who assured us they would get our waitress, but she still took an unreasonably long time to appear.
When she finally did, she seemed impatient while taking our orders. It also appeared she was working as the bartender as well, constantly disappearing for 20 minutes at a time, leaving us waiting for basic things like an extra fork. By the time we got what we needed, our food had gone cold.
The overall service was terrible, and the inattentiveness of our waitress ruined what could have been a good experience. Because of this, I would not return to this location.

We loved our experience at the Heartland Milestones location. The service was superb, the sever was friendly and very accommodating. Overall a wonderful experience and we will certainly return for booth the food and great service.

We booked a reservation and they were not set up for us at all. Felt like an inconvenience to the staff. For every other reservation they had the tables set with menus, cutlery, etc. we had to ask for cutlery to be brought to the table. Our waitress was more focused on making drinks at the bar than serving our table. Our table was sticky even after being cleaned. I wanted to order a Bellini and the waitress never came back around. No one checked in asking how the food was until we were pretty much done..just not great. Just wasn't the best experience, especially after seeing the way other reservations were handled...
