My best friend and I decided to go out to Milestones for a girls night, and this location definitely didn’t disappoint! Our server, Christina, was amazing and so friendly, she actually helped my friend decide on what dish to order and she ended up loving it :) We will definitely be coming back to celebrate her birthday in a couple weeks!
P.S. we are loving the new menu, so many great options to try on our next visit. Thank you again Christina for adding joy to our night out.

Food was good but the service was terrible. Went to heartland on a Wednesday at 5:20 so it was very quiet and not busy at all. It took 40 minutes from getting our appetizer until our entrees arrived.. only because I had to go find the server and let her know how long it had been. I also had to yet again go find our server and ask for a water refill. The server was nice but not attentive at all. Great “date night” menu but service was extremely disappointing and off putting.

I recently visited Milestones, and while the reception staff was friendly and seated us quickly, the service from our waitress was extremely poor. We sat for over 10 minutes without anyone coming to take our drink order. We had to wave down other servers, who assured us they would get our waitress, but she still took an unreasonably long time to appear.
When she finally did, she seemed impatient while taking our orders. It also appeared she was working as the bartender as well, constantly disappearing for 20 minutes at a time, leaving us waiting for basic things like an extra fork. By the time we got what we needed, our food had gone cold.
The overall service was terrible, and the inattentiveness of our waitress ruined what could have been a good experience. Because of this, I would not return to this location.

We booked a reservation and they were not set up for us at all. Felt like an inconvenience to the staff. For every other reservation they had the tables set with menus, cutlery, etc. we had to ask for cutlery to be brought to the table. Our waitress was more focused on making drinks at the bar than serving our table. Our table was sticky even after being cleaned. I wanted to order a Bellini and the waitress never came back around. No one checked in asking how the food was until we were pretty much done..just not great. Just wasn't the best experience, especially after seeing the way other reservations were handled...

What a lovely cast and crew of a newly renovated restaurant. Anna and James were exemplary but the superstar is Christy Bún bò Huế. Exceptional service, only secondary to her smile.

The brunch was mediocre. Eggs okay, sausages dry, cold and cardboard looking, potatoes were not flavorful.

Honestly bad experience. Dined there this afternoon and had multiple servers swapping at our table but none of them attentive, often asking questions while walking away. Food was alright, but one of our dishes was wrong because the waiter misheard us but we just took it anyway because it felt impossible to wave someone over to correct it. Hard to get water refills or drinks. First time at a milestones and it really just left us disappointed overall, so much so we’ve just been talking about how weird of a time it was and I felt inclined to write a review which I don’t often do.
