Love the portobello mushroom chicken, and the fact that I can sub in mashed potatoes for pasta. It was delicious as usual however, the mashed potatoes were lukewarm and that made it a little bit disappointing. Both of the people I were with, loved their dinners and had no complaints. Our server, Isabella was amazing and I always love going to Milestones.

Did not end up staying for dinner. We were seated and waited 15 mins with no contact from anyone while servers attended to tables around us including those arriving after us. We asked one of the servers about this and she indicated she would ask who would be responsible for our table. We waited another 7 mins and no one came. We decided we needed to leave and informed the hostess as to our experience before we left. It should be noted that the dining area was over half empty when all this happened.

Our server was not polite, missed checking in on us a few times and seemed to really not like what she was doing and didn't want to be there! Milestones' prices are quite high now, so as a guest I expect to have a server who is somewhat upbeat at the very least. I have gone here many times and have found the service going downhill for the last couple of years. I will take my family somewhere else from now on.

The staff was amazing and great food. It was Valentine's Day and the restaurant was exceptionally busy. The atmosphere was very smokey and I assume it was from the grill and it took almost 2.5 hours between ordering and getting our meal. BUT the staff was great and very courteous

Wait times for food/drink was way too long. Had a reservation for 8pm on Valentine's Day. Didn't get sat at our table until 8:15. Our main course didn't arrive until 9:30/9:45, as we only ordered two of their steak options. When we finally got our bill, it was close to 10:30 - even though we were notified that there was a 1 and half hour limit for tables due to Valentine's Day, not that they enforced it obviously. The tables around us also had to wait a long time for their food - one couple left because of the wait time. The food was really only thing that saved the experience, as everything else was not up to par. Our waitress was very nice, but often took a while to bring drinks, forgot to bring a pop that was ordered, and didn't really inform us of updates on our food. Can't say that I'd go back to this location.

I booked our table to celebrate Valentine's Day more than two weeks before to secure our reservation. Upon arriving, I told the hostess that I had a reservation with Open Table. She proceeded to take us to a corridor by the front door with minimal space between tables. I asked to be seated in the main dining room to which she replied that all seating was previously determined. I replied that I had booked two weeks ahead to ensure our reservation. She said she would check with the restaurant manager & after a few minutes he came & said that the main dining room was reserved for regular diners. I said that we come to Milestones regularly over many years. The manager was not friendly & said that he could not seat us at a booth which we replied was fine. He put us at a table for two right beside the kitchen with very little lighting! Luckily, our server was exceptional & we went on to have a delicious dinner. The main dining area had many tables that remained empty during our two hour stay so why the issue of seating there? Because of our treatment, we would seriously consider ever coming back.
For not going to Milestones in such a long time it was a nice experience. Thank you to our server and all the staff that assit to make a Valentine's night successful for all!

The meal, service and food was good. I did send a message to management via our server that while a happy hour menu with discounted beverages is appreciated; you are somewhat price gauging when you price a 6 ounce glass of wine at $8 but then price a 9 ounce glass at $13. Why is it not $12 or less?
