Here's something that doesn't happen very often.... 6 star service at an airport restaurant. I've been through YYZ more often than I want, every year for the last few years. I have been to this Mill Street Brewery location before and while the food is always good, reasonably priced (for an airport) and service is great, I had the opportunity to live a truly different experience tonight.

This visit differs than my others, this being a family vacation more than the usual business trip. We had the pleasure of being served by Yasmin M. End of the day, and more than likely having dealt with irrate, impolite and always in a hurry customers, she had the most beautiful smile, from the moment we sat to the moment we left. There was a slight wait for the food but she made us feel like it never happened. Truly, I would visit this location just to sit in her section, even though I can get free food at a lounge elsewhere in the airport.

Once in a while, you meet someone that truly loves their job, really care about their customers, and I met those people in Yasmin. Thanks for making my family smile on this long travel day that started over 12 hours ago.

It cost me $73.82 for avocado toast, a one oz Caesar and a 5 oz glass of wine…. After tip it was $88.00. Ridiculous prices! In what insane universe is a one oz vodka drink $23??!!!! Predatory rapacious pricing! And a tip based on that!!!

Kind of typical pub in any aeroport. The food is good, but not outstanding. The portions are reasonably priced and sized. The beer, especially, stout is worth trying.
