I have never been treated so poorly. The food was cold but I never raised any concerns due to waiting a long time for the meal and had to catch a flight. I have eaten there many times over the years and have never had a bad experience. The server Arjun was extremely rude when I went to pay the bill. I had a voucher from the airline that I asked to use. For some reason it would not work right away and he was very argumentative after the first try stating “he don’t care if we have to stay here all day scanning or you’ll have to pay full price”. I hope management can sort out this employee so this experience doesn’t happen to anyone else. Thank you.

It’s an airport restaurant so nobody is walking in with great expectations. That said, this visit somehow managed to slither under that low bar. The food took a while and wasn’t that great, but that’s not the issue. Again, I expected that. As the clock ticked down on our flight, getting the bill took a while. Waited. Waited. Waited again. Then the bills were presented and we had to wait to be taken to the counter to pay (because we had airline vouchers). Had to go - plane boarding. Our server, Arjun, had disappeared. Another server who had finished processing another guest’s vouchers was unwilling to assist as she wasn’t working my table. I asked if there was any way she could process my payment anyway as my flight was boarding. No way. “No - you need your server. You’ll have to wait til I find him.” Which she didn’t attempt to do. I again advised that I had to go - she was very sarcastic - eye rolling, “look, I’m trying to help here..” etc. She said he was going to find him, but did not actually do so and instead cleared another table. She actually walked right past him without a word. Our guy finally showed up, and he was similarly ignorant when I accidentally scanned the voucher twice in error (I mean, he did point to the scanner again after I scanned it once…). Seems so doing is a big deal worth of a scolding.

I don’t leave bad reviews as a habit. And I certainly don’t expect a great experience at an airport Mill Street. But two ignorant and rude servers who seem shocked that at an airport people might not want to wait for a bill and then wait again to pay it speaks not to a one-off but a management issue that accepts poor service from its team.

We arrived courteous, telling our server that we were stuck for 3 hours as a result of an Air Canada delay. And at first, she was very receptive and accommodating. However very quickly, our service deteriorated… she left for numerous smoke breaks, the other servers refused to serve us, unless we went to the bar. When we did so, the bar staff were magnificent. When it came near for our departure, the waitress, who was not wearing a name badge, but simply resembles a bull frog, had printed our receipt in advance in an attempt to remove us earlier.
I’d rather fast, or eat the rats of the Toronto airport than come here again.

Small portions, disappointing. Fries tasted or rancid oil

I got a double deluxe burger with fries, 37$ and I got an iced tea, nice and chill place considering its in an airport, it makes me feel like im in a pub, not a rambunctious airport. Service kinda tucked, we got our food within 20-ish minutes, but other than that. Food was great and the burger, wss a REAL burger. Thanks for the good food :) (cured my jet lag)

I recently visited Mill Street Brewery, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is lively yet relaxed, making it a great spot whether you’re going out with friends or just looking to unwind with a good drink.

The selection of craft beers is excellent, with something for everyone—from light, refreshing options to more bold and flavorful brews. Everything I tried was fresh and well-balanced, and you can really tell they take pride in their brewing. The staff were also very knowledgeable and happy to offer recommendations, which made the experience even better.

The food was just as impressive. The menu has a great variety, and everything we ordered was delicious and well-prepared. It pairs perfectly with their beers, making it easy to settle in and enjoy your time.

What stood out most was the overall vibe—welcoming, energetic, and authentic. Service was friendly and attentive without feeling rushed, and the space itself has a cool, modern brewery feel.

Whether you’re a craft beer enthusiast or just looking for a great place to hang out, Mill Street Brewery is definitely worth a visit. I’d happily go back again and highly recommend it to anyone in the area!

Well I just had an horrible experience.
So I was about to pay and i told the waitress...that i have a discount. I was about to show her my dragonpass and she said that i had to come to the computer and show had to scan my bording pass...i thought it was odd. And it was not working. So i tried to explain to her that no its on my cell phone...she interrupt me no this is how you do it. And ask her can you let me speak...she its how it works i m do this everyday. I was like miss can you please let me speak she said okay. And i was its on my dragon pass. She said oooh you should have tell me before....my friend was like well he tried to talk to you and you didnt let him.
Denise was her name. Its impolite to cut people when they are talking. Three time she did that.

Sadie was the most energetic fun server I have come across at an Airport. Smiles and good service at 7:30 am.

I usually would come here while in YYZ as it's familiar, but most recently after dropping $40 on a tiny burger and fries, they rushed me out as soon as I finished eating to make room for more customers. I kind of get it, but I also spent $40 to have a seat to sit and work for a bit - I might as well of just stayed in the airport seating for free. To make the best of it, I walked by a few minutes later and the line was gone and my seat was still empty. Won't return.

All I can say is WOW! Sadie provided us with excellent service. The way she hustled around the bar was incredible. Hard working, kind and this restaurant is lucky to have her.

It's an airport bar, my usual stop when I'm between flights because the servers take care of you but don't bug you.

Couldn't wait to have a pint of Mill.St IPA. Beer is fine. Thinking the bill was around 11-13 CAD dollars. Bill 17.5 FOR one BEER!!! your crazy. Never would of paid that. Very sad. Highest priced beer I've ever seen. Be embarrassed 😳
