Racism The servers didn't come to take orders and didn't even come to pay, so I went to the computer and told them I'll take care of them later. Don't ever come again. Well, $25 hamburger set, cola not included. Of course, there are friendly staff, but most of them are unfriendly.

I am not very picky when it comes to restaurants, and rarely have complaints worth writing about. I saw the lower-than-average reviews for this place and figured it couldn’t be that bad. But it was. Our server was not very professional, didn’t check up on us, and when our nachos had olives despite asking for none, he chalked it up to cross contamination/olives being stuck to the cook’s gloves. Also, the nachos were unfortunately the worst either of us had ever had- there were maybe 5 beans on the whole thing, and over half the chips had no toppings at all. I honestly can’t say anything good about this place.

Smallest pound of wings i ever had maybe they need to check their scale! They defended them too. Everything else was good.

Just had a great customer service experience from Arjun at Mill St. In T1. Wow. Need more people like this in service.

Wonderful food (try the seared tuna sandwich) and classic Mill St. beer. Arjun made us feel really welcome. Great way to start our holiday!

It's an airport lounge so the food is outrageously expensive. The worst part was the bar keep is extremely rude and pushy.

Typical airport food with a very poor choice of beer. Go elsewhere.

Breakfast comes automatically with whole-wheat toasts, bacon was good, but not the sausages.. disappointing. Service was a bit slow when we were ready to pay

Had breakfast while waiting for connecting flight. Coffee was good and service was pleasant. My server was the best. For food i got Eggs Benny which unfortunately was okay. I have had way better. Though the prices were similar given most places at airport are expensive.

Burger was juicy. Fries are ok. Prefer larger cut. We'll seasoned. Space is tight.

Wheelchair accessibility: Tight space. Lots of luggage around. Would be hard to get around.

Had nachos with chicken. I wouldn’t normally leave a review over nachos but at $30 (with chicken added) I had to. My advice. Stay away. Horribly done. The taste was ok but it lacked thoroughness. They basically threw the nachos on the plate and then put a single scoop of salsa and ranch sauce. 90% of the nachos had nothing on it. For $30 I would expect at least they make some attempt to mix the toppings through it. The chicken was a $6 dollar add but I only got at most two tablespoons of chicken chunks. Don’t order the nachos. I apologize for not taking a picture but it was no different than serving us a bag of chips with salsa on the side. You need to do better Mill St!

I've been eating here for years now and have been noticing a decline in food quality and presentation. My burger this time around was comparable to a Costco kids burger. Not good enough.

Every time I come here I feel like the service gets worse and worse. All the staff always seem so overwhelmed, confused, and unprofessional. Foods okay though. Usually cold.

I’m so disappointed in your restaurant. We were an arty of 5 and had one person with celiac. Your restaurant could only offer her a choice of Nachos or two different salads.
That’s outrageous. Many people have allergies or sensitivities to gluten and it’s just not that hard to create a few gluten free options. You lost 5 customers yesterday and I’ll be choosing other dining options in the future.
