I have been a huge fan and supporter since the inception of your establishment when you where on hwy 10 and Dundas area near cook ville go station and followed you to this new location. While your speciality dishes remain the same your rice is left to be desired. The grains seems to be plastic both in your white steamed rice and fried rice. Please fix that and bring real rice back .

Quality of food has gone down a bit, Tom Yum soup wasn't very good, the salt and pepper prawns was okay and the Cantonese Chowmein was nice but not authentic. I feel like the quality has gone down in this restaurant although the service is very good and prompt.
Parking: Very deserted industrial area, bit creepy in the evening.

So I usually love the food here at Ming Room, however this is the 2nd time now that I have gotten food that has had some kind of Insect floating in it. I drive 25 kms just to get food from this place , but I think that this is the last time I order from here very disappointed in their Take out service.

This place used to be good but I have noticed that the quality has grown down significantly over the years, the gravy is watered down and food taste bland. I hate to say this but I won't be ordering from this place anymore. On the side note, do not order from here via uber, these people will cut corners and give you less portion and possibly old left over food.

We had a horrible experience ordering from Ming Room on Saturday September 21st, 2024. It was our first ever (and last order) from this restaurant. We ordered 4 of their "house" fried rice with chicken and shrimp. We found part of bug and another insect in 2 of the 4 food containers and a small cockroach in the third. We couldn't believe our eyes. It was as if they were intentionally cooking the insects with the food. We discarded all the food but it has been a disgusting and horrifying experience especially for the kids.

Normally I will give 4/5 star but this time, I have to given 1 star. Ordered two dishes by Uber for my wife and I and got only one. Not good. It was a simple two order on a Wednesday evening. How busy are you going to be.

Went 2 weeks ago for dinner to dine in in the empty restraunt. Midway into eating there was a COCKROACH that crawled by and we called the waiter to take a look!! The restaurant owner did not even come to personally apologize he just watched from the back. We were not offered any compensation and left midway into eating considering what the kitchen is like if the COCKROACH made it out of the kitchen to the tables!!!
Not sure how this place has a 3.9. AMAZING hakka food! They are the only place that has the Zesty sauce, which is one of the best spicy and sweet mixes PERIOD. It's not a thai chilli type sweet. VERY UNIQUE. Order their flaming chicken as an appetizer, and zesty chicken as the main. NO WAY this place is less than a 4.5 stars. Their other dishes are also great. If you want to try out a good Hakka spot, Ming room is very tasty. ALSO very reasonably priced.
Vegetarian options: Most things come with a Vegetarian option.
