40 minutes for takeout, I ordered 1 thing!! nobody is even here and there's like 3 servers just walking around.

Used to love their food but I'm falling asleep just waiting here.

Went to dinner with my family, it was an amazing time. The food was good and came out quick. The service was excellent, everytime we needed something they got it for us right away. I would really recommend this place if you are looking for a relaxing place that has food to fill your stomach with flavor.

New renovation. Clean restroom. Fresh ingredient食材新鲜. Very spicy and Hunan 湖南 authentic. Service is fine. Can be busy and slow. Very Clean environment. Have multiple payment methods. Price is reasonable with only 10% tip. Recommend to those who like spicy!

Do not order delivery from this place! I had a horrible experience with them on Uber Eats. The order was delivered 1 hour after the latest delivery time in the app due to the restaurant taking so long to prepare it. This is not the first time that they delivered much later than expected. On top of that, this time they forgot one of our dishes. I used to order frequently from this place since they opened but I've noticed a decline in both the food quality and service. The dishes seem oilier and the ingredients no longer taste fresh. It’s unfortunate to see this restaurant not living up to its former standard.

Wheelchair accessibility: It is possible if you have some help to enter the restaurant. The way the doors are arranged would make it hard for a person in a wheelchair to enter by themselves.

I’ve been a regular customer to this place since it opened years ago and I have to say that the food quality has been declining quite significantly. The food is heavily overpriced. My favorite dish used to be the spicy fried pork belly but it was filled with pretty much all fat. Very disappointed.

20 minute after sit down to be served. Then told us going to be a 40min wait time for food because only 1 chef. (The whole restaurant had 3 tables occupied.) Tips automatically added. Fish taste nasty. Never again.

The food quality is excellent! But the most impressive thing is the servants are very friendly and responsible, they won’t shirk responsibilities from the criticism and keep improving their foods and others. They have attracted me to invite my friends to visit there again, and did more better!

There are food safety issues!
I used to love this restaurant. Ordered three dishes today. The last dish (on the pic) smelled like rotten when it was served. We were immediately disgusted and could not continue eating. After we spoke to the waitress, she stated that she could only refund this one dish and there was no other solution. During conversations, the waitresses seemed impatient, interrupting, and avoiding problems by suddenly walking off somewhere else. After the waitress talked to the owner, they refused to offer any more solution! Would not recommend anyone to come!!!!

come in Sunday night, only 1 waitress. I know I gonna wait for a bit, however after waiting for 1 hour, not a single dish comes out. Check with waitress, she said she forget to place the order. Whatever the manager or restaurant owner needs to have better staff training and scheduling.
