The food is amazing, like butter, but the place is very narrow. It needs to be expanded and the food should be served with plastic spoons. Also, steel spoons should be served instead, and the food, God willing, is amazing. Good luck.

I absolutely love this restaurant. The food is amazing, and the people are usually great. I always eat here (dine-in or takeout) whenever there is a big event or family gathering.However, this is the first time I've ever experienced one of the staff shoo me off and pretend like she had no idea what I was talking about when I came to get my order. She didn't even hand me my stuff and just picked up the phone and waved me off. She was very rude, which surprised me because the staff is usually extremely friendly and welcoming.Plus, the food containers are extremely hot, and you guys don't offer anyway of holding them. I burnt my hand on it, trying to carry it to my car.Like I said, I usually love this restaurant, the food is amazing, but this one experience left a sour taste in my mouth.

Mass confusion about the order when I specifically showed the details of the order.The manager advised they order will be ready in 15 minutes. Before I left I asked if everything thing is in the bags and he confirmed.When I got home the salad was missing.

I recently visited this restaurant for Iftar with two other families, and it was quite an experience. Arriving early was necessary to secure a table for our party of 12, but it was well worth it. Despite the rush in the kitchen to prepare meals before Iftar, the food was superb and the service commendable. Though our appetizers were overlooked amidst the busyness, it didn't overshadow the overall positive experience. I must mention Simran, whose exceptional customer service truly made our evening memorable. Thank you for going above and beyond to ensure our Iftar was special.

i am reviewing monasaba after my second trial to be fair with the brandFirst visit : dec23 was a dine in visit with my family , the restaurant was packed and had to wait for 35 min to be seated and when it was our turn we were surprised that another family was seated before us although they arrived after us …. Thats because some people cant live without ‘wasta’ culture , long story short we were seated after a big fuss was madeThe food was good but the areeka did not come close to a real areekaSecond visit : march 24 , we had a big order for iftar take out , promised time was 6:45 we left the restaurant 7:15 again the whole iftar rush was not managed well…. Why should all customers clutter together in one spot shouting for the orders , come on guys we are in 2024 things can be done smoother and betterGuys having good food is not enough for a successful restaurant, fix your system before a new competitor enters ur territory and plays the game better than you
