No menu to order from in person? Wanted to get baos and the person at the counter said they don’t carry menus in person. Customer service was bad, she couldn’t even explain what the offerings on the menu were

The popcorn chicken bento was good. However, the 3 piece fried chicken and original were awful. The chicken had black spots on it and it was like chewing on rubber. It must have been old chicken mixed with old oil. The original was cut up into 3 pieces, not like the 1 large piece it used to be. This place was a go to for Taiwanese fried chicken, but not anymore unfortunately.

The chicken is nice and crispy, wish it has more salt and pepper on the chicken tho. Was not expecting this type of long grain yellow rice for Taiwanese cuisine and doesn’t have radish and carrots like in the picture. Overall it tastes good.

This chicken cutlet is amazing — rich in color, generous in portion. When my girlfriend slapped it onto my face, it was so big it completely covered my eyes, blocking my view as she walked away with another man. Even through tears, it stayed perfectly crispy.

We order The King.. the meat should be white meat not dark meat…this is not same taste as before… sorry not going back again

This used to be my fav place for fried chicken. They changed the batter and cuts of chicken on the signatures fried chicken. Specifically, the King. The batter is strangely very thick and they cut it into 3 pieces. The first photo is “The King”. The quality of the chicken seems low grade: Chewy and black on many parts. It tasted terrible now. Also ordered the three piece and it was the same quality. Will not be going back.

I have been coming to this restaurant since inception because it very close to me and you get more bang for buck. Lately, I have been disappointed in the quality of the food, I usually get the signature combo(Hotchick and King). The size of the meat has tremendously reduced, and they make up for it by covering it with batter for appearance. My last orders have been mostly batter than chicken.

Too hard to chew, and the color of the chicken is wired.. they might fired too long. I ordered THE KING chicken with black paper and salt. There is only few powder on chicken. The whole chicken tested hard to eat… don’t know what’s wrong with their kitchen. They used to not like that……
