We visited Sunday night, just myself, my husband and brother-in-law. It was only 3 of us and the rest of the restaurant was pretty empty, only 3-4 other tables had guests. Our server sat at a table with 3-4 other servers, on their phones and yelling quite aggressively at each other. Not in a bantering way, an example being one of the male servers berating and belittling another female co-worker about her talking and trying to join in their conversation. We waited 15-20 minutes after having our dishes removed from the table by our server before we had to call over our server from their group to assist us. This happened more than once. At least 4 separate times we needed to try to get our server's attention while he was chatting and looking at his phone, playing videos out loud. We've never experienced such disappointing and frustrating service at any other Montana's locations, and we have been ignored completely on 2 different occasions at this one. It's completely unacceptable. We almost went to the bar to try and pay our bill because our server was too busy talking to their coworkers to help us. We will unfortunately not be returning to this location, as this is now a regular occurrence.

Been here multiple times throughout the days and different hours of the day in the past year, one of the worst Montana’s ever visted, been here with large groups and individually but always food is late, but it is also cold so you know its been sitting, fries taste stale, and always missing cutlery and straw constantly have to ask for it, will not be returning at this location ever again.
