A great first time experience at Mosaic. I enjoyed the Italian job pizza customized to add pepperoni and place of ground beef and I was happy. My server Avishek took great care of me and made my evening, relaxing and enjoyable 
We walked in for breakfast today, and the place was packed even though we weren’t staying at the hotel. It was my first time here, so I wasn’t sure whether to go for the buffet or à la carte. Thankfully, our server recommended trying the buffet, mentioning that we could also order eggs through it. That turned out to be a great suggestion there was plenty to eat, especially the fresh fruits and smoothies.

For an airport hotel restaurant we were pleasantly surprised. Staff was great, and the food was very good. Our experiences at airport hotel restaurants haven't always been good, and this was!
