The Halal status of the location is highly doubtfulThe Halal certificate displayed on the door is actually from Australia and that is evern expired (attached)I asked them to show me the Invoices for the meat and all the receipts they showed me had the PORK purchased for the same location.Dont assume everything in that Plaza is HALAL

As soon as you walk in you are hit with the smell of aroma and Mexican spices. You are then greeted with a great smile from Jahaida if I spelled it right. We ordered the 3 taco combo classic, one lamb birria, one beef birria and one beef steak. To call it delicious is an understatement. It’s probably the best tacos I’ve ever had. Tacos were full of meat.Jahaida also gave us complimentary churros on the house.I can’t recommend this place enough.I eagerly look forward to going there again.

Walked in close to closing and they stayed open for me. Nancy was awesome, great service. Now the food, WOW!!! I had the steak Birria Tacos with cheese. I think it's the best Taco I've ever had, very juicy while still being tender. Toppings compliment well. Felt as though I was enjoying some real Tacos in Mexico.I'll be back!

Small and cute little restaurant. Very authentic feel.I ordered the beef birria tacos (not on the menu but recommended by the hostess) which were the highlight of the whole meal. Absolutely superb. Even the churros were nice.We ordered the chicken quesidilla which was decent and the tamales which fell a bit short in terms of flavor. The waitress was very nice and helpful.Overall great experience and can't wait to come back!

I almost have no words! No words to say how truly AMAZING this restaurant is. Absolutely blown away with the food and service. Love love LOVED IT! I had 3 lamb birria tacos and my son had the lamb burria burrito. Absolutely to die for!! We also shared chips and salsa - best ever! This was a LOT of food. We were given the churros as we were first time customers and they were spectacular! Warm, crispy on the outside and pillowy soft on the inside with just the right amount of cinnamon and sugar. I cannot wait to return!!

As you might know I do a lot of restaurant reviews, it’s been a while since my last one, so this little gem really took me by surprise. An evening g out looking for somewhere to eat, we stumbled upon this restaurant or grocery store or bodega? Curious we walked in and were a little confused as there were only 3 tables, lots of groceries and a kitchen in the back. We just came back from our annual trip to Mexico, where authentic food fare was everywhere, but something about Mount Sinai reminded us of a neighborhood taco joint in Cancun, a similar vibe, and to be honest the smell! We instantly knew we had to try the food. We ordered a sampling of tacos and their homemade guacamole with chips. After about 15 minutes we were presented with a plate of homemade chips and the freshest guacamole (just like back in Mexico) and two plates with mouth watering tacos! We instantly dug in, and right away were transported back to Mexico- the taste, the zest of fresh lime, the subtle yet juicy tacos in fresh corn shells- well it was heaven and exactly what we needed to end the day! To top it off, they gave us some fresh churros on the house for the kids to enjoy. Highly, highly recommend this place- it’s a testament to never judging a book by its cover. Move over El Jefe, we just found our new go to Mexican cantina!
