They are always patient with your order. And very fast in handing it out. They also offer napkins and bags without yu even asking for it, which is prefect as the toppings create a mess when eating it. Never had stale pretzles here. Always warm and tasty :)

Pretzels offers standard, tasty pretzels that are enjoyable. However, the staff isn’t very friendly. They seem to be sweet to some customers but quite hard on others. It’s a mixed experience overall.

Good pretzel! Our favourite is cinnamon sugar. However, please don’t get them around their closing time, because it won’t be that great(you can tell the difference right away). The pretzel is only good when it is fresh
