I hold Mr. Puffs in high regard and have been a loyal customer for quite some time. However, my most recent order, placed through Uber Eats, proved to be quite disappointing. I experienced significant stomach pain and discomfort afterward. I attempted to contact Mr. Puffs directly before submitting this review, but unfortunately, I received no response. My suspicion is further strengthened by the fact that I consumed some of the puffs immediately and saved the rest for the following day. On the first day, I experienced mild stomach upset, but the next day, after consuming a smaller portion, my discomfort intensified considerably. This prompted my attempts to contact the establishment, but to no avail.
Therefore, I would not recommend Mr. Puffs at this time and do not plan to return. 🤮🤢

I came and had to wait 30 mins for 12 puffs because there was only one really slow guy working he was on the phone talking and doing his own stuff the whole time.

I’ve placed online orders 30–60 minutes ahead multiple times, but every time I show up, I still end up waiting an extra 10–20 minutes. I’ve watched walk-in customers get their orders before mine, despite me ordering and paying well in advance. What’s the point of offering pre-orders if there’s no priority or efficiency? Honestly, if it weren’t for family and friends requesting it, I wouldn’t bother wasting my time here.
