As a customer service professional myself, I deeply appreciate the effort and dedication it takes to maintain such a high standard consistently, and this team does it exceptionally well.
The moment that truly turned us into loyal customers happened when I needed a catering tray for an event. Harleen took my call the day before and, despite the following day being her day off—and even though she had a personal event of her own—she came in during her free time to prepare the tray herself. She did this to help us and to ensure the subs were fresh and perfectly made. That gesture speaks volumes about her character as a person and her value as a Mr. Sub team member who truly represents the brand with responsibility, pride, and genuine care for customers.
Our 7-year-old especially looks forward to every visit, not just for the subs, but to see Harleen, Jenil, and Riya. On top of everything, they remember each of our preferences, which makes the ordering process incredibly efficient and always pleasant.

Hello I just came yesterday near 1 clock and bought a large assorted sandwich and eat that today .when I started taking the bite of the sandwich there was a short hair inside the sandwich. I would say that is the mistake of a guy working there Because he was not even wear hair net or cap anything so I humbly request the manager or owner to tell the employees to wear hair nets or cap

Just ordered a sub from this location through uber eats. Who ever made this sandwich should be ashamed. 2 pieces of turkey meat, toppings thrown on and wet soggy bread. Ive never seen a sandwich made like this..dont go to this location.

I have been a loyal customer of the MR.SUB at Meadowvale Town Centre for over 5 years, but my recent order through Uber Eats was extremely disappointing.
The chicken sub had almost no chicken or toppings, and the beef sub was prepared so poorly that it completely fell apart and ended up on my floor. This shows a serious decline in quality and care compared to what I’ve experienced in the past.
I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously — customers should be able to expect properly made food, especially after years of loyalty.

The best Mr.Sub location in Mississauga. I asked for extra pickles and green peppers and they did not disappoint. Other locations I've gone to give bare minimum and when you ask for more, you get a tiny bit more. My sub was stacked.
