Only 2 customers me and another gentleman that had walked in with me. 2 employees behind the service table. The male employee ask the man in front of me for his order. But the lady decided it was a perfect time to mop the back floor and clean the oven. I stepped up to the cash register so I could be directly in her line of site...which I was anyway. She then asked me if I wanted to order. And told me to go over to the sandwich side of the table. I ordered a spicy chicken sub. The chicken was literally freezer burnt. The taste of the chicken tasted like it's been in a freezer for months. I'm sorry but I have never had low quality sub from Mr sub like I had today. If I wanted low quality I would have went to subway.

Hi, I am not going to imply it was an intentional scam, but the following certainly upset me. I had ordered 3 sandwiches and paid. But, after payment, the two staff switched and put only 2 of the 3 sandwiches in my bag. Luckily I caught it, the first staff put one of my foot-longs UNDERNEATH the counter, why? So tired of issues from certain people. You lost my business.

I go here regularly and this location always provides fast, fresh, and friendly service. They go out of their way for their customs, for example, always labelling subs when you order more than one (Subway never does this). Thank you to the staff here for everything you do!

I’ve been to several Mr. Sub locations over the years. Some stores seem to do the bare minimum when making your sub and are chintzy with ingredients and toppings. However, the Meadowvale location is the best I’ve ever been to. The staff are so courteous and generous when making your sub. They really set the standard that I wish some of the other locations would strive to meet. They really are great people there who deliver excellent service!

This place used to be good, past 2 times I've gotten food here: cheese was spoiled, and then I mistakenly decided to go again and had a piece of plastic in my food. ?

While not a fan of chain restaurants I will say that the subs were got far surpassed what we were expecting to get, lay behind the counter was great too
