Wow I’ve never seen someone make the worst meatball sub and try to convince me that this is the right way to do it, when he keeps the meat balls somewhere in separate compartment,not in the sauce, he takes out the meatballs and microwaves it,then he puts it on your bread then he squirts ketchup like tomato sauce on the sub to make is seem like it was in the sauce, the sub was badly tasting and I will never go here again, also I don’t recommend eating the meatballs from this place, if you don’t believe it try it out to see the procedure and you will be disappointed with the way you just spent your money, lazy operations is what I call this👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Extremely rude and racist person working here. We were standing OUTSIDE on the curb, and he told us so rudely to move away and stand somewhere else. You don’t own the sidewalk, sir. The owner of Mr Sub should take note of the racist behavior of the old man who was working around 8:30 PM on September 21 and consider getting rid of him.

I called this Mr. Sub location to simply inquire if their food was halal or not. To my shock, the person who answered the phone was incredibly rude. He shouted at me and scolded me with extremely racist and hateful words. I can’t understand why asking a simple question about food is treated like an offense. The answer is either yes or no. Mr. Sub and this location need to realize that everyone deserves respect, regardless of their gender, race, identity, or religion. I will never come to this location again, and I hope they learn to treat customers with basic decency.

Nothing beats Mr. Sub. Other chains like Subway and Quiznos are all over and easily accessible, but the taste and quality of Mr. Sub is unmatched. The service here is always extremely friendly as well.
GUYS STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! I had a very bad experience today I was waiting in line for 20 mins prior to be told by the owner someone’s in the line before me. How rude and disrespectful you treat your customers coming all the way from Hamilton ON. I will definitely not be coming back to this place again
