The sub was dry, the chicken smelled off, and the whole place had a weird odor. Easily the worst sandwich I’ve had, never had issues like this at Subway.
What made it worse was the disgusting service. My brother, who has autism and is nonverbal, needed to use the washroom, and the staff member (possibly the owner) said he “doesn’t care if he’s special” and refused him—then told us to leave, even though we were customers.
Absolutely disrespectful and unacceptable. Food and service: 0/10. Avoid this place.

I went to this location and was very disappointed the guy working there sliced the meats so thin in order to save money. This is not a good mr. sub. HE IS VERY STINGY WITH TOPPINGS AND MEATS I DONT RECOMMEND.

Strange and disappointing experience. I asked for a tray and a simple paper sheet to cover it and was told paper is “inventory” and cannot be given. That makes no sense — paper liners are basic and meant for hygiene. Hope someone gives the operator some basic sense and etiquette.
Will not be returning to this location. Not a big deal for them to lose one customer, but hope the owner or company can provide training to the staff.

This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had, starting right from the parking situation. The experience only went downhill due to the service staff, who were openly rude and displayed clear racist behavior toward our community while we were dining at the adjacent restaurant.
One staff member went beyond unprofessional conduct and verbally abused us, which was completely unacceptable. Such behavior reflects extremely poor management and a lack of basic respect for customers.
I will never be returning to MR. SUB and would not recommend it to anyone expecting basic decency and professionalism.

This is definitely the best Mr.Sub location I've been to, all of the toppings were fresh and lettuce was finely chopped. Our Subs were made really well and we were taught a little bit of Greek which made our day!

The two old people working were not familiar how to place order while using app / website offer available. It took me lot of time to explain that they have to scan card and it should be done from their device. But one out of two was just not ready to understand. Evening time you are searching for the location of Mr. SUB just to know you won't be able to utilize the offer is HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING.... will never go atleast to this location
Also requesting the owner to consider having some trained employee who just doesn't refuse to help.

Wow I’ve never seen someone make the worst meatball sub and try to convince me that this is the right way to do it, when he keeps the meat balls somewhere in separate compartment,not in the sauce, he takes out the meatballs and microwaves it,then he puts it on your bread then he squirts ketchup like tomato sauce on the sub to make is seem like it was in the sauce, the sub was badly tasting and I will never go here again, also I don’t recommend eating the meatballs from this place, if you don’t believe it try it out to see the procedure and you will be disappointed with the way you just spent your money, lazy operations is what I call this👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
