Slow service food sitting on counter for 15 minutes while oven pre heats. Not sure why they don't have employees come in before they open instead of having people wait for their oven to heat up in the morning. Terrible.

Today I tried the queso and bacon cheesesteak, I was not impressed at all to see that the bacon strips and steak were warmed up in the microwave. The workers were friendly and welcoming but it also seemed as tho they were handling money with gloves and not replacing them before touching our food, which is pretty disgusting...

Best Mr Sub location! Toppings provided are generous and ingredients are always fresh. The manager (maybe owner?) is super friendly and is the best at assembling the subs. Highly recommend!
I ordered an assorted sub for delivery from this location over 3 weeks ago. They messed up my order because they said they didn't have luncheon meat. They didn't notify me of that and just gave me basically a salami sub. They should have contacted me. So I write a review and they replied saying I should message them on Facebook ( I looked and couldn't find them) so I complained to their head office. They said they received my complaint and would follow up. It's been over 3 weeks and they haven't contacted me at all. Horrible customer service. I would have expected some kind of reply. Oh well .. so much for that.

AMAZING!!!!!!I wish I took a picture. I just had the perfect assorted sub. I drove from Port Credit becuz reviews and local Submarine is garbage. Bread was perfect, ingredients very fresh, built exactly how I asked. I asked for a bit more letttuce and other topppings, no problem. Highly worth visiting even if its a bit of a drive.
