The family managing the location is polite, and the subs are fresh and superior. Despite a previously mentioned rude staff member, the older couple working during the visit were very friendly. Customers can expect quick service even during busy times. The quality of the food is excellent, with fresh, flavorful, and satisfying options like the Meatball Sub and Spicy Chicken. The staff is friendly, calm, and attentive, providing an exceptional customer service experience. The new management is doing a great job, and the Tax-Max Sub is highly recommended.
