I will never ever visit this place again. I visited this Mr.âŻSub twiceâtoday was my second visitâand the same lady was working both times. Frankly, her attitude is absolutely uninviting. From the moment I walked in, she gave the impression that she couldnât care less about customer service. didnât ask any questions, and barely acknowledged what I was saying.
When I tried to ask for suggestions or describe what I wanted, she responded as if I was an inconvenience: âJust told me what would you like to have,â she said, and then went silent, making it clear she wouldnât help me with any choices or flavor improvements. It felt like she had zero interest in offering customer serviceâno guidance, no warmth, no engagement. I left feeling like I had to do all the thinking alone, and that sheâd stay silent unless forced to speak.

We will never go back to this location again. The buns are always stall and crumble and break apart as soon as you bite into it. The server blatantly lies to your face when asked if the buns were baked that same day. Not sure if they changed their meatball supplier or not but they are awful and the marinara sauce is thinner and watery. Perhaps she gave me the plant base meatballs by mistake or ran out and is serving the plant base instead thinking people won't notice. The young lady serving us today doesn't know how to smile and needs a lesson on customer service. It would be a shame if they go out off business but they need to take these bad reviews seriously or suffer the consequences.

There was only one employee there and sweeping the store. She stopped to assist me with making a sandwich but didnât wash her hands. Gross. She also acted like it was an inconvenience for me to be there
