They have a bad system of upsizing a sub you receive through a promotion. Went here a few weeks ago to use a free small sub coupon I had. When I asked if it could be upsize it and pay the difference she said that was possible. Apparently that just means charging for an entirely new small sub which was ~$9 vs the ~$4 size difference difference. If I wanted to upsize it and just pay it in full, I wouldn't have ordered it at all or gotten something different.
As for food quality it's passable. For atmosphere the place was pretty clean which was good.

Been going go this MrSub for over 15 years and since the Greek family owned it. New owners started well with family and very hospitable and friendly. Since they started hiring other workers aside feom the owners kids the service and food has gone down the tube. Bread was stale, not fresh, quantities now diminished, if you want extras of toppings clerk has been informed to charge extra and attitude on employees nother story. Whatever happened service with a smile. Employees behind counter has been changing Pbly why they got another one and not much better or experience as now you get a sloppy messy sub. The sub sauce also is no longer the sauce that it ever was. Used to Take family there and friends but cutting that off as not returning as it's getting worse as opposed to better. Problem in Brampton is that most business being taken over and bought out are either getting worse, quality and quantity diminished or they won't last long and go out of business due to lack of the product and service that existed b4 they took over. Sad to say but reality. I thought after owners and/or Head office read all the reviews posted they would try to improve but unfortunately that's not the case as it's all bout money. I wouldn't recommended it. Good luck!!!!
Worst meatball sub I’ve ever had the meatballs are sitting in a metal container dry?! I asked the lady why they aren’t soaked in marinara sauce like I’ve seen at other locations, she then proceeded to squirt cold marinara sauce on top of the meatballs as if that’s gonna help, she just slaps the sub together like it’s prison food. Meatballs aren’t even cooked fully. Threw the sub in the garbage. Needs improvement.
