Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill

This has to be the stickiest, most dirtiest place I've been to in Courtney park. Seems they haven't mopped or cleaned the tables in months. The girl making my food did not change her gloves before serving the customer after me. She was touching non food related items then proceeded to help the customers. When I told them their tables were sticky they didn't seem to care even though my bowl left a mark on the sticky table

Jaspreet Kaur is the best I have seen. Good service provided by her. The presentation of the bowl was the best and the quality and quantity of the food was also the best. I never had this good bowl before in any other mucho burrito shop❤️❤️Should get her a bonus. So here’s the review.

The service was amazing and the employee was so kind however the atmosphere was absolutely disgusting. There was only one person on shift. That should not be allowed under any conditions. The workers are forced to work under inhumane conditions. There is no air conditioning.

We visited today at 12:30 pm and the location was closed for lunch, store phone was not working. Hours of operation posted at door and on google are incorrect.

We’ve enjoyed Mexican food in the past and so we’d love to try again in this location. Got 2 bowls, chicken and beef, chose the veggies and beans and dressing. While eating, we noticed that the contents of our bowls were soggy, dressing was also overly sour. Lost our appetite and we barely ate anything. It was a waste of money. The staff though, was super nice.

Never coming here again. I asked the lady for more veggies and she said I couldn’t get the deal for the burrito bowl if I got more veggies… lol like I didn’t want meat so you’re actually saving money. They gave me the deal last time I did it with no meat… disappointing

Diljeet was amazing. I came to the place twice in the same day because of her service. She was very attentive and made the food just to our liking with all the additions and tweaks. 100% recommend. Thank you Diljeet.

Closed at 10:20 when I drove 25 mins for this store. They said they just close it whenever they like.
