The worst customer service you can expect. I ordered delivery. Half the topping were missing. Contacted the store to replace. Went back only because they agreed on call. However when I reached there the manager PRACHI was extremely rude and said there was no mistake made. She said toppings like veggies and corn become invisible when you mix the bowl.( I had not mixed the bowl) She was disrespectful, did not wanted to replace and also said that the bowl I was returning was a waste. Waste was my delivery charges and the time and resources I had to put in to get to the store just to hear they could not replace even though I confirmed on call and they said yes. Extremely disappointed. Never order online from this location they give small portions and do not add all the toppings.

i was so hungry and i came into this place excited to devour a burrito. Sukhan was so fun and i’m glad she took my order !! Love this place <3
I ordered at this location off Uber eats. First off, I called the location to make a small change to my order before they even start making it and they were hesitant on doing that. I had to call 6 times for them to answer the phone. The service was terrible. Then when I got my food, it was so cold and the portions were extremely small. I got a burrito bowl and it was so small, literally there was 7 small bits of chicken, next to no rice etc. chipotles portions are far larger than this place.

Disappointed with the service. Either not accurate information on the website which reflected as updated 2 weeks ago or the information by the staff was inaccurate.Checked website for restos open, shows open till 1AM. Came in at 11PM. Ordered. Upon handing the order, it was in a bag and was told no dine in and the store was already closed for dine in.No heads up given when we stepped in the restaurant nor during the order taking that dine in was not allowed by 11PM vs the 1AM published closing time.Had we known we could not eat there, we would gone somewhere else to eat. Was told no more dine in coz they were closing after receiving the order.I tried to return the bottled soda and was told by the staff that there were no refunds. I asked the staff to repeat if I misheard it. The staff changed the answer a bit and said no refund for debit cards seeing I was holding a card. I said I was holding a credit card and it was not a debit card. The staff changed the answer again to no refund at all for the drinks and any food and any order. I asked again, what time the resto would close and was at 11:45PM not 1AMI explained that online when I checked it showed 1AM. The staff then said no dine because they were closing at 11:45 PM. And there were repairs to be done at the back of the store.So No Dine in. No refund. No heads up. Closing 1 to 2 hours earlier. Pls do better in training staff to communicate better with customers, train staff how to use the POS for refund transactions, to give receipts to customers every transaction, and to train staff how to record and report refund transactions esp if it's your decision to close early than the published store hours. Do better next time.
