Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill

There is nothing Mucho about this place. I paid $14 for a regular burrito and drink and the burrito was so small I was still hungry after I left. It the same price as Chipotle burritos but a third of the size and they limit you to choosing 4 toppings. I have never paid $14 for any kind of lunch and received so little food.Others have complained about this and the owner replies to them like he or she cares but continues to give so little food. I forgot why I stopped coming here, I won't forget next time.

The veggie they served me was heated in the microwave…. Not recommended

I wish this company had the same procedure across their stores. The steak here doesn’t taste like steak and is sitting in some sort of liquid. Nothing like other locations. The person serving me was too busy focusing on the next person that they wrapped my burrito inside out with the foil on the inside.What’s worse is they expect a tip while giving you bare minimum when it comes to portion sizes. I’ll stick to my usual location going forward.

Staff lack experience. Dropped spoon on floor and proceeded to put on tray. Had to be told to get a clean one. Offer salads and burrito bowls, but have lettuce. Place has become a joke.

I went there for the first time as I usually visit another establishment in the next plaza over. The food is very mediocre. I ordered a steak quesadilla and I got half the portion size that I would typically get at the other restaurant. The steak itself was salty as it looks like it was swimming in some kind of sauce for the longest time. When I saw the portion size I wanted to say no thank you and leave but I felt bad and let them finish making it. They asked me if I wanted vegetables but the vegetables were already mixed (lettuce, onion, green peppers) usually you have those separated. I'm not sure what they would have done if I just wanted onions. The only good thing was the staff was friendly. I probably would not visit this place again unfortunately. There are other "Mexican" food places around that are of better quality and value.

Solid burrito. I was very happy this burrito was at least properly arranged unlike the last time I was at a competitor and had pockets of ingredients. Signs were clear that the burrito comes with 4 toppings and guac was extra. I paid for the guac and liked it. The girls working behind the counter were very nice and patient with my questions. My only issues were it could have used an extra minute or two on the grill and there were way too many onions in the tomatoes.

Not so "mucho". Order a chicken bowl and only half full. Barely any chicken. Very skimpy place. Won't be back.

I tried authentic Burrito for the 1st time and totally loved it. Staff was very polite and helpful. Even I like the place, we got parcel that day but next time I will have food in the restaurant so I can enjoy the ambience as well. Because I really liked it. Good place to hang out with friends as well as family and try new dishes. :)P.S. Feedback was in progress. Thanks for your comment. I completed it now

I ordered a veggie burrito, then after a certain point the lady said that I have to "pay extra for more toppings" because I've "already gotten so many"This is the first time any burrito shop has said this to me. Very disappointed. Your complaint will go nowhere because the lady is so stubborn. Corporate needs to look into these problems and retrain this franchise owner.

I ordered a shrimp burrito wrap online. It was good, though I think it should've been juicer and with more shrimps.

Ordered their chicken burrito today and there was hardly any chicken in my burrito. Paying 15 bucks with just rice and corn. Last time you're getting business from me.
