The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Simar is a great employee and she provided me a very tasty burrito. The place was also neat and clean. Highly recommended. Would come again definitely;)

Staff was very helpful. It was very welcoming atmosphere once I walked in. They let me test the spice level of sauces. Overall it was a good experience visiting this restaurant. Their employee name simar works most of the closing shift. most of the time i buy dinner from this restaurant. But whenever she makes my dinner specially veggie bowl it tastes really delicious. i think she knows the best combination of sauces. Always helpful and good customer service.

The place's atmosphere is warm and comforting, from the moment you arrive you feel clean and that is a very good thing. The food is good, it feels fresh and the service was friendly, the product offering was presented very well, it gave us good suggestions. I recommend it

I've eaten at Moe's, Chipotle, and Qdoba many times back home (Moe's is best) but this is my first Canadian chain burrito. I don't eat animal ingredients so I had the vegetable fajita blend with white rice, black beans, pico, lettuce, pineapple salsa, cilantro, and guacamole with an avacado lime dressing. The burrito was grilled in a press which is not something the places back home do. I also got free chips, salsa and a drink which was nice.

I really liked the chips and salsa. The mild salsa had a little spice which was nice. The chips were unique and tasted good (not greasy). The burrito was perfect! I was worried it'd be too much and make me tired. I almost got a bowl because of that but ended up going with the burrito. It was actually kind of light and definitely fresh. It was delicious and kept me full the rest of the evening. I really liked the ingredient options and was tempted to try something new. I guess I had the sweet salsa, and lime dressing, but thought about the slaw mix too. Only thing I was really surprised about was no fountain drinks which might just be an American thing. I got a can of root beer which I had to drink slowly to make last. They had bigger bottles but they were extra (which I should have paid). They had a promotion going on, free chips, salsa, and canned drink.

The shop was nice. Not a lot of seating but not bad. Only one person was working when I was there. I timed it just right and arrived when it wasn't busy. While eating there were two other people that came in and a delivery driver too. The Mucho Burrity guy had a hard time keeping up but everyone was really patient. He was doing it all, burrito making, check out, cooking on the grill. It was around 4 PM on a Wednesday. He was great but give him some help!

I go for the chicken Mucho Burrito combo with nachos and queso cheese. So good!!!

Parking: There is plenty of parking, but there were a lot of restaurants so the parking lot is usually busy
