I bought 8 tacos. I drove 1 block home. When i got home every one of them was cold. Not just cool. The shells were refrigerator cold to the touch. The soft corn taco shells were crumbly and every one of them broke immediately when picked up dropping all the ingredients into the tray. What a mess. The shrimp, beef and chicken and other ingredients were delicious though. Too bad the cold/crumbly tacos ruined everything.

This was my first time at a Mucho Burrito. I'm vegan and it can sometimes be a little intimidating to go to a "non-vegan" restaurant without researching it first.The staff and the owner were very helpful and friendly. They made my first experience a breeze. They had a chart that was easily accessible to see what options were vegan. I couldn't believe they have a plant based cheeze! There were also 2 sauces that were vegan and both were very tasty. Overall i was excited for this location opening but service and food was terrible I went to get food to take out first of all I got a tea spoon of cheese and was then charged for more when I asked for more even though there was barely any food.When I went to eat the food the food was cold and unpleasant was very disappointed to get this type of service and hope to get better service and food quality next time
