Quality was not what my family expected it to be.

Ordered the family platter, waited way too long for food that ended up being cold. We asked for the kebabs to be taken back and brought back hot like sizzling, we instead got it returned to us warm, almost as if it was microwaved as she came back 1 minute later.

Kebabs should be coming to the table sizzling and steaming, they came to us warm...

Chicken Tikka pieces were too big. Should be bite size pieces.

Server didn't seem to happy to be there in general, no smile, very minimal interaction, didn't check in or ask if food was good. Her attitude was the same with everyone in the restaurant.

Overall for the price it was not worth it, only hype is that it's in Ridgeway Plaza. Don't get me wrong it was nice seating but food needs work.

I had the Lahori fish here and it was delicious! The crispy exterior paired with the tender fish inside made for a fantastic dish. Just a bit too spicy for my taste, but still very enjoyable.

I’ve tried a lot of spring rolls in my time, but the ones at MyKolachi Karahi & BBQ House are a cut above. They’re always served fresh and hot, with a filling that’s both savory and satisfying. A definite winner on the menu.?

The French fries here are incredible! Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, they’re perfectly seasoned. I could eat them every day!.

The Lahori fish at this restaurant is simply amazing! The spices are perfectly balanced, and the fish is so fresh. A must-try for anyone who loves flavorful seafood!❤️

However they packed chicken Karahi in white plastic box which was supposed to be for dry items
I ask them to give me another type of box so curry can fit in easily, they said they don’t have it
Secondly I ordered bone in chicken karahi and they gave me boneless

Visited first time out of all the restaurants decided to have a late night meal here .Ordered 2 tandoori items biryani and kadai kalochi special.

Waiting time for the food was 45 min after being seated that's OK.AFTER THE WAIT THE FOOD COMES AND WE START EATING AND the special kadai has hairs in it human hair I believe .I got one then my daughter got in her plate.Then I got another stuck in the Naan.

Disappointed to the core .

Poor service, food served with no cutlery, no serving spoon in dishes, on request brought cutlery and put directly on table for 10 people, No customer service and no manager on duty to look after the matters. Food was uncooked especially the fish and mixed grill was also not cooked. Highly disappointed. Never to come back again.....

Service was very slow , chicken Tikka was flavorless , they make 2 seekh kabab along with 1 kabab meat too thin in platter over all over priced with little amount and please change your yellow lights it's not attractive feels depressed in those environment seating wasbuncomfy too

Very impressed with the food and service at My Kolachi. But the most outstanding was how professionally, efficiently and seriously they handled customer feedback! My Kolachi is one of the rare restaurants that genuinely values its customers and aims to give the highest standard of service. I highly recommend this restaurant and will be coming back again and again!
