The chicken is good, but the flavors could use a bit more spice and tang. The so-called spicy option doesn’t really have much of a kick, so if you’re looking for bold heat and that classic Korean zing, it might feel a little underwhelming. Overall decent, but could definitely step up the flavor game. My husband loved their original chicken though!

The combo is $5 over prices. Mildly covered in sauce with a nice crunch texture.

Nasty. I spent almost $50 on three boxes of boneless chicken (portion was so small). The rose tteokbokki was so bland, no flavour and the colour did not look right. You could taste the cornstarch from the fried chicken.

Do not eat here. I’ve had better Korean fried chicken near sq1. This was not it.

I asked for extra chicken and they gave me a lot of. But in the middle of eating, I found a hair in my rice.

The rose tteokbokki is the worst ever, it’s tasteless, pretty sure it’s instant one.

The fried chicken is even below average.

Eww. Worst food ever. I don’t know what kind of spice you are using. My stomach started hurting right after eating one chicken wing. And the tteokboki ??? Ready to go food maybe you just microwave it and serve . And to make it worse the corn dog was tooo sweet . 👎👎👎👎👎

We placed a takeout order here today around 12:35–1:10 PM. Since it was takeout, we were given a buzzer while waiting. We were told to come pick up the food when the buzzer went off.

However, after waiting for over 25 minutes, I noticed that customers who ordered after me had already been called, but my buzzer remained completely silent. I approached the counter to check if the buzzer might be broken.

It turned out that my order had been sitting on the side the whole time, and the staff never pressed the buzzer to notify me. As a result, the food had already gone cold.

When I asked about it, the response I got was that I had gone too far away, so the buzzer couldn’t receive the signal. But the fact is, I was waiting inside the restaurant the entire time—there’s no way it was out of range. I really don’t understand why the staff handled it this way.

Overall, I’m very disappointed with the service at this location.

The beef bulgogi and corn dog was super delicious! The variety of sauces at the station made it worth it as well. I got the chicken nuggets for my son which be absolutely loved. Would come back again for quick service when we’re in the mall.

What does it hurt to give half-half of tofu and 🐔 for a cup bap to be shared between two people. Got a stern No, when I requested. Disappointed ☹️

Horrible experience. There are so many better Korean BBQ restaurants and QSR's in the area. The portions are comical and they are so stingy with the sauces. Absolute joke. My wife is Filipino and we went there and the staff were so rude to her it seems. Group of Koreans were behind us and they got the gold star treatment. It is what it is. I guess this is the way it goes.
