Evening manager has totally ruined my experience here when visiting on Friday April 4th. The Markham location and the Satellite drive location have great service and treat you like family and a good friend. Her rudeness is a complete turn off and will not come back here again and will drive the extra 20 minutes to go to the Satelite drive location for the great service.

Where do I start, I made an appointment to this location and the front man/ Host was very unpleasant to me and my party insisting that we called the wrong number and did not make an appointment. Management at this location cares more about themselves than actual service to the customer. Unfortunately our reservations were not upheld on there end and proceeded to let in walk-ins, while denying us entry. Would not recommend unless management changes. They also delete reviews. So hopefully you see this!

we visited the Mississauga location on account of Iftar Buffet Offering and found the entire experience as following: 1. Dates & Samosas are offered at Table - OK 2. Buffet is served section wise - this is ridiculous given it is offered as Iftar Buffet and one has to wait, while I understand the traffic control element but poor management of the process 3. Offerings for Iftar lack any drinks - ridiculous offering for the price 4. Replenishment of items take time and not properly planned 5. The spread for the price is really below standard
Recommend to get their offering right for the price & the lack of having any Tea/Drinks on the Menu is poor. Get rid of calling per section for Buffet as this is very undermining for people who fasted the entire day and now post paying they still have to wait to pick food.

Food was alright. Staff were nice but overloaded. It took a long while before order was served and they never delivered drink.
It's a good restaurant to eat in. The space for the seating is used wisely and tables are appropriately placed that makes comfortable seating. The attendants and service is appreciable and food is of really great taste. It would be pleasure to go again there.

The delivery experience at Naan Kabab in Mississauga was disappointing. While dining in the restaurant was a positive experience, the takeout I picked up for my son was very bad. The food was tasteless, and the rice was different from what we had in the restaurant, with noticeably lower quality.

However, I picked up a takeout order for my son, and the quality was very different — it was vegetarian and the food was bad. The delivery didn’t match the experience of dining in the restaurant. It’s frustrating to order food and be told 10 minutes for it to be ready. But they don’t start making it until I go back 10 minutes later when I ask if my order is ready. It took at least double the time. I’d understand if it’s busy but it wasn’t and meals for others were made before me. This seems like a common occurrence according to the review.
To add, answering and assisting customers who show up after me first. Honestly, terrible service.
