Very disappointed with the service at this location. The supervisor named Kiran was extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked her to redeem my Nando’s app points, but she refused and started shouting instead of helping. Totally unacceptable behavior—especially from someone in a supervisory role. Definitely not the kind of experience you'd expect from Nando’s.

The place is very dirty - no one mops the floor. Manpreet, the order taker at the counter, messed up my order. I ordered a family platter with full chicken with 3 hot and 1 medium. Instead, she made 3 medium and 1 hot. Unfortunately, she did not feel sorry for her mistake. This place needs total cleaning and trained and respectful staff.
